Due to strategic growth we now seek to appoint an experienced Operations Manager to ensure
continuity of service delivery and best practice through our field based technicians.
Role/Candidate:










You will have a proven track record in managing field based technicians
At least 2 years in an Operational role ideally in the service industry sector
Ability to manage best practice processes and programme scheduled work
Assist the Sales Team in pricing and timescales
Health & Safety awareness and carry out scheduled audits on technicians and work
completed
An experienced background in the Facilities Management, Contract Cleaning or a Service
industry sector would be an advantage
You must be able to plan and maximise your time/diary efficiently
This role requires a full vetting process
A full UK driving licence with no IN10 or DR10 endorsements
Be enthusiastic, motivated and determined to succeed
