Our Cortona® Italian specialty products blend in perfect union to enhance your recipes and stimulate
your culinary creativity. The Cortona® brand comprises traditional and fancy cut pastas, Italian style cheeses,
tomato products, soups and toppings - all created with your needs in mind.
PASTA
Traditional and fancy cut pastas are offered under the Cortona® proprietary brand. Traditional pastas such as
angel hair, linguine, capellini, spaghetti, vermicelli and elbow macaroni are available in both 10 pound and 20
pound packages. The Cortona® fancy cuts are packed in 20 pound bags and include rigatoni, rotini, penne shells
and ziti. Egg specialties and egg noodles, lasagna, rotelle spirals and flavored and vegetable products also boast
the Cortona® brand identity. Our inner poly packaging has bilingual (English/Spanish) nutritional information
and cooking instructions.
FROZEN FILLED PASTA
From a variety of cheese and meat-filled ravioli, to specialty tortellini, to stuffed shells and manicotti, the
Cortona® brand of frozen filled pasta is all you need to offer ethinic cuisine on your menu or to expand the line
of Italian specialties you currently offer. Our fillings are made from the finest ingredients including imported
and domestic specialty cheeses, spinach and herbs and spices.
ITALIAN CHEESES
No collection of Italian specialty products is complete without Italian style cheeses. Cortona® offers mozzarella,
provolone, parmesan, ricotta cheeses and shreds to complement every recipe. These cheeses are available in the
most popular and functional sizes for every foodservice establishment including 8/6 and 3/12 pound loaves, 4/5
pound shredded, 1 and 5 pound grated and 5 pound tubs.
SOUPS
A variety of Italian soups are available under the Cortona® brand identity. Packed in 4/4 pound tubs, select from
our line of Italian Wedding Soup, Pasta Fagioli and Tomato Florentine.
TOMATO PRODUCTS
Virtually every menu item calls for a tomato product as an ingredient. Cortona® provides a full line of tomato
products, both as a foundation or fully prepared, to provide a descreet enhancement to your recipes. Packed
in 6/#10 cans, the Cortona® line of tomato products included ultimate Italian pasta sauce, fully prepared pizza
sauce, chunky marinara sauce, and plum tomatoes.
PIZZA TOPPINGS
Our complete line of Cortona® Brand Pizza Toppings include Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Bacon Pieces, Small
Chunk Beef and Small Chunk Pork.
