As a leader and mentor to many, across the various
organisations he has worked in and partnered with, Benedict
knows first-hand what it takes to manage and lead. Consequent
to his rich teaching and educational background in the early
years of his career, Benedict has always been involved in
educating and training people in a number of disciplines. He
has lectured, counseled and conducted programmes for
corporations, colleges as well as non-profit organisations for
the last thirty years. These programmes include business
writing, effective public speaking, public relations, effective
communications and management
He has conducted guest lectures at the Malaysian Institute of
Management, the National Institute of Public Administration
(INTAN) and the Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign Relations
(IDFR). Benedict was also one of three trainers who helped to
prepare senior government officers to handle their PR and
liaison duties during the Commonwealth Heads of Government
Meeting in Kuala Lumpur in 1998.

This form together with a crossed cheque payable to The Centre for Professional Development should be returned to: Executive Director, The
Centre for Professional Development, #33, Street 606, V Building 5th Floor, Sangkat Beoung Kok II, KhanToul Kork, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Registration must be made on the Enrolment Form provided and returned to the Centre before the programme commencement date (Not less
than 5 days) with full fee.

Acceptance is subject to the discretion of the Centre.

Applicants will be notified by telephone to confirm receipt of the application form and full programme fee. An official receipt will be sent to
you within two weeks.

Applicants are expected to attend the course at the place and time specified in the brochure and leaflet unless otherwise notified.

When a programme is over-subscribed, additional classes may be started in some cases. Applicants may then be notified of the new time, dates
and place of meetings when necessary.


No refund will be made after payment, but participants can arrange to have their places substituted should they be unable to attend the
programme by notifying the Centre at 2 days prior to programme commencement.

Email reservations are welcome but are subject to confirmation by payment in full within 10 days of the date the reservation is made or 5 days
prior to programme commencement, whichever is sooner.

Applications, upon full payment, will be processed on a first-come first -served basis.

