Kinderland is a party venue with a difference. It is the one stop party venue that caters for all
your party needs: party planning, themes, party packs, different type of cakes and
entertainment, balloons, personalized invitations, photography and catering.
We specialize in children parties but also do teen parties, special birthday celebrations for
adults and small weddings.
Kinderland is ideal for busy parents, taking the hassle and responsibility of organizing a proper
kiddIs party out of your hands. It leaves you with loads of time to spend with your child on
their special day. Enclosed party hall for cold or rainy days.
We have a sports bar on our premises “Cheers” with a big screen TV with DSTV for sport
enthusiasts. A braai area is also available at the bar.
Please note: not drinks allowed on premises (no cold drinks and no alcohol).
Cheers is also a popular venue for special birthday parties, spit braais, family gatherings,
school reunions, bachelorette and bachelor parties.
How To Book A Party At Kinderland Party Venue:
1. Phone or e-mail to confirm a specific date.
2. Wait for confirmation of date and time by Kinderland Party Venue.
3. Complete the booking form (pages 4-8) and e-mail or fax it back to

4. Pay the R600 deposit to confirm booking.
5. E-mail or SMS proof of payment to [email protected] or 0826801368.
6. Use date of party and your Name as reference on the deposit slip.
7. Confirm the number of kids and adults at least one week before the party.
8. Payment of outstanding balance a week before the party. Only cash deposits or
internet transfers. No payment received, no party.
No cheques accepted. All payments must show on bank statement prior to
party.

Venue is hired for strictly 3 hours; R300 per hour or part thereof will be levied for LATE LEAVERS unless
by prior arrangement with Kinderland.
A maximum of 30 children and 30 adults included in venue hire, thereafter R15 per head will be
charged.
Kinderland Party Venue do not host the party, it is the responsibility of the parents.

Kinderland Party Venue House Rules:

Adult supervision of children is necessary at all times during the party.
It is the responsibility of the adults to see that children do not vandalize property and equipment.
A breakage fee will be payable for any broken or vandalized equipment and toys;
3. Feeding of rabbits is only permitted if it is supervised by the owner or staff of Kinderland.
4. No toys or beverages allowed in rabbit cage.
5. Remember rabbits are not toys – handle with care. No chasing or picking up of rabbits and chicken.
6. Children and adults enter Kinderland at own risk and it is the responsibility of the parents to look after
children.
7. Please warn children to use equipment responsibly.
8. No drinks allowed – no cold drinks and no alcohol allowed.
Guests who do not adhere to this rule will be asked to leave immediately.
9. Please do not litter (party, bar and parking area) – adequate dustbins are provided. Please pick up litter
before leaving party venue.
