Minimum Fee- This is the lowest fee for
Boat Lift or trailer use. There is a one
hour minimum for such things as reblocking or re-locating of vessels. After
the first hour, the billing continues at 15 minute
intervals.
Cancellation Fee- If vessel is a no-show
or owner cancels inside of an hour of
scheduled appointment, vessel owner may
be charged the cancellation fee.
Enviro Fee$15.00 per haulout
Daily Fee for Yard Storage-
Environmental Fee- This fee helps offset
the permit fees and washdown system
maintenance.
$0.30 per square foot per month / storage
$0.50 per square foot per month / work area
Storage rate DOUBLES after 12 months

Descriptions:
Round Trip- Hauled out, blocked up and
returned to the water. Included is washdown time.
0-40 feet : 1 hour, 41-60 feet : 1 ½ hours,
61 feet and over : 2 hours. 150 Ton
$82.50 per 15 minutes after allotted time.
300 Ton $137.50 per 15 minutes after
allotted time. Be sure to arrange pressure
washer rental.
One way- A one way haul either to the
water or to land for transport. The rate is
half of round trip or minimum, whichever
is greater. Wash-down time also allowed.
Inspection haul- Hauled out and left in
slings over dock for a period of 2 hours
and returned to the water. 150 Ton
$75.00 per 15 minutes after allotted time.
300 Ton $125.00 per 15 minutes after
allotted time.
The Marine Center does
not store gear of any kind.
