H
- Benjamin Franklin -
We try to think outside the box to develop unique drink
preparation techniques to create the perfect cocktail and carved ice
for all top shelf spirits. We invite you to try our twist on your
favourite classic or try something new and surprising.
We aimed to leave the natural charm of this old building intact,
interlacing raw elements with more indulgent features while bringing
as much of Brisbane into the bar as possible. Most of our furniture is
sourced from local second hand/vintage shops and auctions.
The artwork on our feature walls flowed from the creative minds of
Brisbane street artists Jimmy Bligs, Teibo and Fintan Magee and our
menu is dotted with drawings directly from the sketchbook of
renowned local artist Sofles.
Look for the Canvas bird at the top of each page
