Important guideline for Firm Registration
Before Registration, Please ensure the following documents with you and read
instructions carefully.
Always recommended, Please use Internet explorer version 7 or higher.
Application has to be processed in two steps.
1.Application number generation by Mp online developed application.
2. Make payment by visiting Cyber Treasury Portal and Generate CIN Number
Receipt
Ensure Net banking enabled account to pay Challan fee by using cyber
treasury portal. In case if applicants do not have net banking enabled
account then KIOSK/CSC help can be taken. At present Cyber treasury
portal have 3 Banks to pay Challan fee i.e. State Bank of India, Union Bank
of India, Axis Bank
Firm Challan Fee INR 579/Portal Fee Firm100/Required Documents, that have to be Scanned in advance
Photo of Head .jpeg file size up to (50 KB)
Deed PDF files size up to (1.5 MB) in case of Firm registration
ID Proof PDF file size up to (100 KB)
Address Proof PDF file size up to (100 KB)
Go To Home Screen Of MPOnline portal. And go to “CITIZEN SERVICES” and click on “Application”
Application Screen Will Open Then click on “FIRMS AND SOCIETY” Red Marked.
Select For Fresh Registration
Click on Apply for Firm Registration
Please read Margdarshan Bindu before filling the registration form.
Please select appropriate language.
If you want to add additional Place then click on Add Button.
If you want to Delete Additional place then click on Delete Link
If you want to Add two or more Member's then click on Add button,although two member details are
mandatory.
If you want to Delete Additional Member Details then Please click on Delete Link
Please mention firm tenure.
Please mention two witness details.
Click on Add option to insert Second Partner details.
Please select and upload the required documents.
Please click on Preview Button to Upload Required documents.
Please Upload required documents.
Please click on Back Button if you want to see inserted information.
Click on Submit the form.
Application number get generated on submitting the details.
Note down the Application no. for future reference.
Details of Fees Payable is also shown.
Click on Proceed to pay for Registration (Challan Fee) button.
Before proceeding to cyber treasury portal please note down
Note: Application No Format Contains 20 Digit
F Denote Firms (1st digit denotes type)
Next 1 digit Denote Division Number
Next 2 digit Denote District Code
Next 2 digit Denote Tehsil Code
Next 6 digit Denote Application No
Last 8 Digit denote Date In Format dd mm yyyy
Go For Cyber Treasury Site to Pay Challan Fee
Once clicked it will be redirected to CYBER TREASURY PORTAL. Below mentioned screen will be
shown
Please Click on Firms & Societies button to fill required details.
All these fields which are marked * Mandatory.
Fill in the mandatory fields and submit the application.
On submission below mentioned preview of information will be displayed.
Preview of form submitted.
If all these filled information are correct then please click on Submit button, else click on Back
Button.
On Click Submit Button you will be redirected to Banking website.
Below displayed screen will be shown.
Union Bank of India Screen
Please insert your banking credentials to login. If you do not have net banking facility, KIOSK/CSC
help can be taken in this regard.
Applicant will have to pay Fee amount directly to KIOSK/CSC in that case.
Filled Credentials Screen
Click on Login Button to enter Banking environment.
Please insert Amount i.e. INR 551/-, also enter remark if any although it is not Mandatory.
Click on Confirm Button to pay Next screen, please insert your Transaction particular.
Receipt will be generated; CIN Number will also be mentioned in that receipt.
CIN Number Receipt
Email and SMS intimation will also be sent to Applicant provided Email Id.
Please keep this receipt safe for future reference and take print out of this receipt (Advisable)

Now Applicant/CSC/Kiosk has to revisit the MPOnline portal by using following web address.

Once click page will be displayed as below..
Please select All ready Applied option and insert your Application number which was generated earlier.
Please insert Cyber Treasury Portal generated CIN Number (Challan Identification Number.)
Click on Proceed to Pay Button for making portal fee payment.
Kiosk/CSC
Please use your credentials to pay portal fee.
Fill the required credentials to pay.
Approval/Verification message displayed once the payment is successful.
Receipt will be generated showing acknowledgment.
If want to pay as Citizen (i.e. Applicant want to pay by using Net Banking /Credit card and debit card)
Click on Proceed to Pay Button for making portal fee payment.
Below mentioned screen will be displayed
Please select appropriate option and proceed
Select the option by which you want to pay portal fee
Insert your card Particulars and submit.
By using Bill desk payment gateway you can also pay portal fee
Insert your card related VBV Credentials
Click on Submit Button
Receipt will be gererated as mentioned below

Provisional registration Number
Society Name
CIN Id
Transaction Id
Payment Mode
Amount Paid
