Entrance Exam Information**
Bring the following to the exam with you:
• $40.00 cash (test fee)
• Two #2 pencils with erasers
• Simple calculator (cell phones, computers, programmable calculators will not be allowed)
• Copy of your driver’s license
• Copy of your current EMT-1 card
• Copy of your current healthcare provider CPR card
Scratch paper will be provided and must be turned in after the exam.
Calculators will not be provided, therefore, please bring your own “simple” calculator (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
You will not be permitted to share anyone else’s calculator if you forget yours. Cell phones and programmable calculators
will not be permitted during the exam.
The exam will consist of between 100 to 150 multiple choice questions, and between 25 to 50 math problems. (Your math
answers will not be multiple choice and must be exact answers to the nearest 100ths. For example: 1.336 should be
rounded up to 1.34)
