Content Available for Licensing April 2016 LSAT content may be licensed as complete test forms or as individual test questions. The following list includes all of the content currently available for licensing and the licensing fees. 1. Entire Test Forms The following PrepTests and test forms are available for licensing as entire forms at these rates: PrepTests 60–current PrepTests 46–59 PrepTests 32–45 PrepTests 17–31 PrepTests 1–16 $6 per form, per copy $5 per form, per copy $4 per form, per copy $3 per form, per copy $2 per form, per copy Form 96, unreleased $10 per form, per copy February forms from 1996, 1999, and 2000 $3 per form, per copy The fee for licensee reproduction of writing sample prompts is 2 cents per copy. There is no fee for licensee copying of test instructions. 2. Individual Test Questions The per-question cost is determined by dividing the relevant per-form fee by 100. The per-question cost is determined by dividing the relevant per-form fee by 100. For example, a licensee wishing to make 100 copies of 50 questions from PrepTest 40 must pay a license fee of $200 ($4 divided by 100 = .04, multiplied by 100 copies, then multiplied by 50 questions).
