The Razor LED light box is the ultimate ultra slim light box for illuminated promotional
display graphics, with all-round superiority over any comparable products, particularly
in relation to its higher brightness, more even light distribution and better build quality.
RAZOR CLASSIC PROFILE
Razor light boxes have a 32mm aluminium snap frame on the front for quick and
easy front loading graphic change. There are three snap frame options: the Razor
light box classic frame is semi-curved; the Razor Pro light box has a contemporary
looking flat frame and the Razor Tamper Proof light box has a curved frame and
comes with an opening tool for security. The aluminium snap frames come in silver
anodised finish as standard or can be powder coated to a choice of RAL colours.

At only 26mm deep single sided (39mm deep double sided), Razor LED light boxes
are so slim line they are essentially illuminated poster frames. They can be produced
this thin because they use a strip of high bright LED lights to illuminate a sheet of
pure clear acrylic from the sides. The LED lights emit such a high bright light that it
gives the Razor light box the brightest and most even illumination available from any
edge-lit light box.

KATANA CLASSIC PROFILE
The Katana ultra slim light box is a sleek and contemporary illuminated sign
which is manufactured within Europe (CE certified) to the highest quality.
These smart looking display light boxes have a front loading snap frame, like
a poster frame, enabling quick and easy poster change. To enable this ultra
thin light box to be so slim it is edge-lit using 16mm thin T5 fluorescent tubes
illuminating a sheet of ultra pure acrylic from the side producing fantastically
even light distribution. The aluminium frames are available in a classic curved
profile or a stylish flat profile. Standard poster sizes are available from stock in
a silver anodised finish as standard or they can be produced to bespoke sizes
and can be powder coated to a RAL colour if required.

The Tanto ultra slim light box is edge lit using thin T5 florescent tubes to illuminate a
sheet of clear acrylic. The unique feature with this light box is that it has a magnetic
front cover, enabling extremely quick and easy change of graphics. This front cover
is a 1mm sheet of anti-glare polycarbonate with magnetic tape on the inside which
attaches to the light box profile. There is a 40mm wide, screen printed border on the
cover, to conceal the magnetic tape, which gives it a very smart finish. Tanto light
boxes are only 37mm deep (42mm double sided) and are available in A3, A2 and A1
sizes and can be custom made for high quantities.

The Sabre ultra slim outdoor light box, is an extremely effective promotional
tool for illuminated outdoor advertising applications. Edge-lit technology is
used in the light box, with thin T5 fluorescent tubes illuminating a pure acrylic
lighting panel from the side. For extra security the front cover is lockable with
Allen screws at the bottom which makes the unit tamper resistant. To access
the graphics the front cover is unlocked with an Allen key allowing the cover
to pivot open and to be taken off. The graphic is held in place with a length of
snap frame profile at the top which simply snaps open and closed on the print
for quick and easy graphic changes.
Sabre light boxes are made for external usage and have achieved a very high
IP66 rating; this is made possible as the units have special built-in rubber seals
to make them fully weatherproof. The overall depth of the light box is an ultra
thin 44mm deep making it one of the thinnest outdoor light boxes available
anywhere.
This light box is available in standard sizes A2, A1, A0 and can be made in
custom sizes for high quantities. The Sabre ultra slim outdoor light box is the

The Scimitar slim outdoor light box is an extremely effective illuminated outdoor
advertising tool for 6 sheet and A0 poster sizes. It is one of the thinnest outdoor
light boxes for its size at only 57mm deep this is achieved as the light box utilises
thin T5 fluorescent tubes for edge-lit illumination. The unit has a lockable frame
mounted on hinges, enabling quick and easy change of graphics via a special
key. The front panel of the light box is made from heavyweight toughened glass,
therefore, to assist opening the box it has the addition of two gas stays. There
is also an automatic power cut off when opening the unit for extra security and
safety for when changing graphics or in the event of vandalism. The Scimitar

Titan backlit light boxes are traditional illuminated signs made from high quality
aluminium profiles making them very robust and durable. They are often used
for shop fascia signs and can be supplied with a wall bracket making them
perfect for projection signs too. Made for indoor or outdoor use, they have a
good level of weather resistance with an IP55 rating. The profiles come in a
silver anodised finish as standard or they can be powder coated in a range of
RAL colours.
Titan light boxes are supplied with either two acrylic front panels, one opal
diffuser panel and one anti glare panel, to sandwich a print between; or just
one acrylic opal diffuser panel for applying self-adhesive vinyl graphics. The
graphics and acrylic panels are kept securely in place by bezels which are
screw fixed into position. To change the graphics these are simply unscrewed
allowing the panels and graphics to slide out.
The Titan light box is available in standard poster sizes including: A3, A2, A1,
A0, 20” x 30”, 30” x 40” and 40” x 60” or can be custom made to your specific
size requirements. The light box comes in three depths; the Titan Classic
light box is just 90mm deep single sided, the Titan Projector is 115mm deep
double-sided and the Titan Dualcase light box is 168mm deep single sided

The Lucia light box has a curved face which gives it an aesthetically pleasing
panoramic appearance. There are curved, laser cut, aluminium plates on the two
shorter sides of the light box with aluminium snap frame profiles on the longer
sides for quick and easy graphic change. A piece of acrylic opal diffuser is fitted
under tension in a bowed format to create the curved face, and the backlit print
is placed over the top, with an anti glare front sheet for protection. They can
be used in portrait, as standard for retail display applications, or in landscape
format, for applications such as menu light boxes. Lucia light boxes are for indoor
use and come in a range of standard ‘A sizes’ (A3, A2, A1 & A0); custom sizes
are also available for quantities. Light box sizes A2 and below utilise a 25mm
snap frame profile on the two longer sides and for sizes A1 and above a 27mm

APACHE
The Apache Illuminated Totem display, also
known as a light column, is essentially a free
standing double-sided light box. It holds a
backlit graphic and a clear anti-glare front
sheet in place on either side, utilising an easy
change front loading snap frame system.
The Apache Totem is internally illuminated with
opal acrylic panels on both sides which diffuse
the light evenly across the graphic area; these
panels are fitted into the vertical profiles in a
curved format for a panoramic perspective. The
upright aluminium profiles and the top plate
are made from anodised aluminium and the
weighted base is fabricated from steel which
ensures the totem is very stable. The top and
base are laser cut and the upright profiles are
cut by a precision saw for the ultimate quality
finish. The unit uses TL daylight fluorescent
tubes, which can be changed easily without
the need for special tools, and conforms to CE
electrical standards.

Fabric face light boxes have been developed for large illuminated display
applications requiring high impact promotional graphics with the added benefits of
versatility and ease of use. They can be made to gigantic sizes in one continuous
piece, covering the whole of a shop wall with an illuminated graphic. They can also
be custom made to go around corners, or to have curved faces for fitting around
circular columns in-store.
The fabric face light box has one of the easiest graphic changes available, because
the fabric print has a silicone rubber strip stitched to the edge which simply pushes
into a channel around the edges of the aluminium profile. Another advantage of the
fabric face light box is that it is completely front loading, with no side or rear access
of the box required to change the graphics or for potential maintenance. This
means that the light box can be completely recessed into a wall, so it does not take
up any outer wall space and offers an aesthetically pleasing finish to a shop fit out.
The material which the graphic is printed on is made from a flexible fabric that
stretches tight over the face of the light box profile. The high quality graphic is
printed to the fabric using a dye sublimation process, which allows the inks to
stretch with the fabric.
To ensure the optimum level of light distribution across the graphic, the material
used has high light diffusion properties, which gives one of the most even light
distributions of any backlit light box. The actual lighting for this illuminated sign is
backlit and can be generated using either traditional fluorescent tubes or energy
efficient LEDs.
The other major benefit is that they are essentially frameless offering a complete
edge-to-edge illuminated print area, ensuring the promotional graphic has the
highest impact on the viewing customer.

The outdoor Flex Face light box sign system is ideal for larger outdoor illuminated sign applications such as illuminated
advertising, company signs and shop front signs. Flex Face light boxes are very robust and durable with a 200mm deep
aluminium profile as standard with internal supporting struts fixed to the back panel to create the rear tray of the light box.
The internal illumination of the light box can be produced using traditional fluorescent tubes or energy saving LEDs.
The Flex Face light box is so called because it features a flexible PVC banner fascia which is stretched across the front of
light box to create what is essentially like a skin on a drum. The PVC banner skin is specifically manufactured for backlit
applications to allow for the light to pass through and illuminate the banner graphic from edge to edge, although a flex
frame can be added to the face of the light box if required.
Flex Face signs can be formed to non-rectangular shapes including circular illuminated signs and even large illuminated

LED light walls are a new and innovative way to illuminate walls in shops or offices, or essentially any large flat surface,
using edge-lit LED technology; with, or without, the application of large format graphics. These large format LED light
panels are the perfect solution for shop fitters and architects looking to create large areas of low energy lighting. The LED
light wall is an ultra thin lighting system, starting from only 30mm in depth, yet it can be manufactured to any size up to 3
metres x 2 metres in one piece, which can in turn butt together to create super size illuminated walls.
The LED light wall can come with a variety of optional
extras including RGB colour changing LEDs, motion
sensors, timers and dimmable ballast to enable the
user to have full control over the lighting effects. The
structure of the LED light wall can also be modified to suit
specific requirements, for example, a toughened glass or
polycarbonate fascia can be added for a more prestigious
look and additional seals can be fitted in order for it to be
used outdoors.

They are illuminated, as standard, using high bright white LEDs, which are fixed to the edge of a clear acrylic panel. The
clear acrylic lighting panel has a special pattern of lines etched into the surface to aid the distribution of light evenly over
the whole area of the panel. These lines are concealed by an opal acrylic diffuser panel which fits over the top; this opal
panel is also used for additional light diffusion which enables the best possible light distribution, and being frameless, it
lights up evenly across the whole area from edge-to-edge. The lighting panel and diffuser panel are fitted to an aluminium
back tray to keep everything securely in place. The LEDs used in the illumination of the light wall are powered by a low
voltage supply giving substantial energy savings in comparison to traditional lighting.
