maxima has a recognisability level of 67.7%, corresponding to 4.2 million Austrian women, making it the most
popular women and lifestyle magazine in the country.
maxima now aims to appeal to a younger target readership too with its new online magazine. This younger target
group have grown up with the internet and primarily
consume content online. Through its printed magazine,
maxima reaches 8.5% of readers per issue and in its target
group, this figure increases to 14.7%. According to the
Austrian Circulation Survey (ÖAK), in August maxima was
one of Austria’s highest circulation women’s magazines
with an average distributed circulation of 346,904 copies.
