Pizza Dough
• 1lb Flour
• 1 tsp. Fast Action Dried Yeast or 1/4 cup Live Yeast
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1 cup Water
• 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
Topping:
• Tomato Sauce
• Grated Cheese and whatever else you like
Make the Dough:
1. Put the flour and the salt in a bowl.
2. Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water.
3. Make a well in the center and add the yeast, the water and the olive oil.
4. Beat well until the dough leaves the side of the bowl clean. Add a
little tepid water if necessary.
5. Turn on to a lightly floured surface and knead for 10 minutes until
smooth and elastic.
6. Roll out the dough into large rounds using a rolling pin. The dough
needs to be very thin as it will rise in the oven. Lift the rounds onto
two floured baking sheets.
7. Cover with the Tomato Sauce mixture, any toppings of your choice
and the grated cheese.
8. Leave the Pizza to rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes.
9. Ask a grown up to do this bit! Bake in the oven at 425°F for
