Firstly I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who assisted with the fair. We had a
great number of helpers who contributed in many ways.
The fair was a big success thanks to everyone who contributed.
FEEDBACK:
We hope that everyone enjoyed the fair and we have a small survey seeking some feedback and
comments in preparation for next year. There is only 10 questions and it is completely
anonymous. You can participate by clicking on this

feedback to your suggestions or an answer to a question please provide your name and contact
email in the comments box at the bottom and I will get back to you asap.

A very special thank you goes out to all the convenors who pulled their stalls together and worked
tirelessly on the day to ensure each stall ran smoothly. Some of the stalls like the second hand
clothes, books, cakes, haunted house and tea garden have hours of preparation work in the week
leading up to the fair. Couldn’t have done it without you. THANK YOU!!!
Convenors, please remember to return your convenor kits to the office and any other items you
have for your stall. Also, we need to finalise reimbursements, please submit all reimbursements to
the office in an envelope attention to Liz Diggles by end of the day on Friday 12 September
2014. Any reimbursements submitted after this date will not be processed. We have to close off the
fair accounts so that everything can be finalised. All reimbursements that have been submitted will
have cheques ready for collection on Monday 15 September 2014 from the office.
A big thank you to Dennis Smallcombe who prepared the grounds and did a lot of background
work. I am sure everyone agrees that the school grounds looked great. We also have to thank Fran
Nave’s son, Adrian and Deb Howard’s son, Alex who worked tirelessly with Dennis in the week
leading into the fair. THANK YOU!!!
A big thank you to all those who helped set up on the Saturday. You put a great amount of effort
into the setup and we couldn’t have done it without you. THANK YOU!!!
A big thank you to those who did a marvellous job in the pack up on Sunday night. A big thank you
goes to Dominic Symss, Bryan Davies, Brad Mells and Adam Rye who stayed after dark to ensure
every inch of the school grounds and classrooms were back to normal for Monday morning. THANK
YOU!!!
A big thank you to Brad Mells for running around picking up prizes and organising the memorabilia
items. THANK YOU!!!
A big thank you to Steve Soberon and Chris Diggles for your DJ and entertainment –
you guys raised a lot of energy and laughs. THANK YOU!!!
A big thank you to all the teachers and staff for allowing us to invade your space for the week before
the fair, for helping out on the stalls, for allowing us to use your classrooms and for looking after our
very excited children. You and your efforts are greatly appreciated. THANK YOU!!!

A big thank you to the After School Care team who came and helped out on the stalls throughout the

A big thank you to Liz Diggles and her team in Treasury. You did a wonderful job locked away. No
one really ever sees what happens in Treasury but the ladies are kept extremely busy and they did a
great job. THANK YOU!!!
