ACCESSIBILITY TO THE BUILDING
The Liberty House Hotel, located at 150 meters from the sea, is composed of 15
apartments (double room, living room with sofa bed, bathroom) with all comforts, catering
service on request, common areas and outdoor garden.
Parking
You can park your car in the public parking outside the building or in the private covered
parking on the ground floor of the adjacent building (40 meters from the entrance). The
path that connects the car parks to the main entrance of the Liberty House Hotel is
accessible and barrier-free.
Entrance to the building
The entrance is on Via Ernesto Di Fiore # 11. There is an external gate with hinged door
with opening of 120 cm. The door of the main entrance is also hinged with opening of 120
cm. Both are devoid of steps or thresholds. The path from the external gate to the entrance
of the building is totally smooth cement floor.
Apartment entrance
From the main entrance through the hallway on the ground floor you can reach the
accessible lift serving all floors and get the entrances of the apartments. The width of the
path from the main entrance of the apartment is 120 to 150 cm and has ample maneuvering
spaces.
Elevator
The elevator is accessible, the opening of the doors is 80 cm, internal dimensions are:
depth 140 cm, width 104 cm.
The lift is equipped with a embossed keyboard also in Braille as well as a recorded voice
that indicates the number of floor parking.
Apartment
The front door of the apartment is a hinged door with opening of 88 cm. The interiors are
accessible. The interior doors are also hinged with opening of 80 cm. The furnishings and
finishes have been made in order to facilitate the perception and use of space for the
visually impaired and wheelchair. The electrical buttons are placed at between 40 and 120
cm from the floor and the safety box 125 cm from the floor.
Room: wardrobe with sliding doors, beds 85x195 cm, high 52 cm (liftable to 62 cm)
Living room-kitchen: the height of kitchen work is 90 cm (3 apartments get a 70 cm free
space below); the table top is high 80 cm, the space below the table top is high 66 cm (73
cm tall tables are available with 70 cm space below); threshold to go on the balcony is
high 2 cm.
Bathrooms
The bathroom of each apartment is accessible and equipped with: shower floor, folding
shower, sink suspended (height 80 cm; space below, 68 to 70 cm), alarm bell, hand shower
on the toilet, handles support for toilet and shower, possibility to have a cover for wc with
front opening, free space to approach the toilet laterally and frontally, bidet that could be
installed on the side and in front.
Dining room (restaurant) of the Liberty House Hotel
The dining room is on the ground floor and it has a swing access door with opening of 80
cm. It is equipped with a bathroom with dressing accessible. High tables : 78 cm, space
under the table top: 63 cm (73 cm tall tables are available with space below of 70 cm).
BEACH (CHALET ALTA MAREA)
The beach is about 250 meters from the Liberty House Hotel and it is part of the bathhouse
Chalet Alta Marea.
From the Liberty House Hotel you can reach it along a paved road, level of 50 m, you
cross the railroad through an underpass where there is a sidewalk wide 125 cm, which has
a first part downhill ( inclination 8%), 25 meters long with intermediate refreshment, a
second part smoothed,14 meters long, a third part uphill (inclination 8%), 18 meters long;
then you walk two asphalt and cement sidewalks, smooth and in plan, with a total length
of 150 meters.
The bathhouse chalet Alta Marea includes: accessible and barrier-free bar and restaurants,
3 accessible bathrooms, 1 accessible shower room closed, 1 accessible dressing room,
plastic platforms (wide 100 cm) to get up the beach umbrella (inclination 8%); available to
customers : 1 chair sea Offcar, model Sand & Sea, sun loungers lifted up.
On the sandy beach there is a walkway that leads up to the first row of beach umbrellas
until the shoreline (variable inclination, 2-8%).
RESIDENCE I DELFI NI
38 apartments with all conforts, 100 meters from the sea and near the center. Are
accessible: 6 ground floor apartments (4 apartments and 2 triples), common areas, garden,
solarium, elevator and garage floor.
Solarium with swimming pool
The solarium is located on the 5th floor of the residence I Delfini, adjacent to the Liberty
House Hotel, and is available to their clients; there are sun loungers for sunbathing, shaded
areas, and from there you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic sea views and also a
panoramic on the hill.
It is reached by a person in a wheelchair through the lift with a wide door of 80 cm, depth
140 cm, width 104 cm.
The pool is raised, compared to the floor of the solarium, and is not accessible by a person
in a wheelchair.
Aids available (on request) on the structure
For guests with limited mobility it is available an amphibious chair for easy access to the
water and to move on the sand, the raises water cover open at the front, bed height from 52
cm to 62 cm, shower chair, side rails for beds.

total 260 meters, chalet entrance, bar and restaurant, 3 bathrooms, 1 shower room closed, 1
dressing room, platforms until beach umbrellas, 1beach chair OFFCARR model Sand &
Sea, sun loungers raised.

BLIND & VISUALLY I MPAIRED
Pets are not allowed in the building, with the exception of guide dogs For
blind and visually impaired. In the various internal paths are not present
tactile signals (system loges or vector). Tactile strips in contrasting color
indicating the treads are on the staircase leading to the various floors of the
apartments. The handrail of the stairs are in contrasting colors to the wall.
All the furnishings and finishes of the common areas, stairs and the apartments are in
contrasting color with the floor and walls. The elevator is accessible with an embossed
keyboard and in Braille as well as a recorded voice that indicates numbers of floors
parking. Inside the apartment there is also a horn for fire alarm. At the reception there are
no touch panels or in Braille for the blind. The restaurant does not have a paper menu in
braille.
DEAF & HEARI NG IMPAIRED
At the reception there are no information boards for deaf. In the room there is
a warning light for the fire alarm.
Upon request, you have warning lights and vibrators to delay signals of the
bell and intercom.
