2017 CHEAT SHEET for Baseball and Softball

WELCOME TO THE 2017 PELICAN PARK BASEBALL SEASON
Players will need to purchase the following for the Baseball Season:
Baseball Pants (white)
The coach may request a different
color to go with the uniforms. This is
optional you can use what you have.
Tennis shoes or cleats
Cleats would be better to use for a
better grip on the ground but these are
optional, tennis shoes will work


Batting helmet with Faceguard
Each team will be issued 2 batting
helmets for community use. If you
can not afford to purchase one.


SIZING A GLOVE
RECOMMENDED BAT SIZE GUIDE*
The sizing guide is a guide to give you an idea on the average
size of a glove a player of a certain age is uses. It is broken down
into age groups and into positions of either infield or outfield.
This sizing guide is intended to give you a general idea of
the length and weight of bat that a particular age group
uses.
The chart is as follows below:
