Ingredients:

1 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
1 1/4 cups flour
1 cup oatmeal
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup raisins
Margarine or butter, to grease muffin
cups (or use liner)
