Product Indications: Provides relief of sinus congestion and irritation.
Clinical Considerations
Sinusitis Drops are indicated for those suffering from hay-fever; inflammation
of the mucous membrane; acute rhinitis, sinusitis, pharyngitis, and bronchial
asthma; sneezing, congestion, nasal stoppages and obstructions; cough, pharyngitis
and sore throat; head pain, headaches, and vertigo; and pressive pain and congestion
to the head and nose.
If sinusitis is suspected due to underlying allergies, consider PCHF’s Allersode
Desensitization Homeopathics, which provide an array of common allergenic
materials with adrenal, liver, ACTH, and histamine to promote non-specific
resistance and desensitization to allergen stressors. Adrenal insufficiency can
be a major cause of allergies to pollen, dust, mold, animal hair/dander, foods,
chemicals, and environmental pollutants. For adrenal insufficiency consider
some of Professional Formulas’ adrenal products such as Adrenal Complex (GAC),

Dosing Recommendations
When symptoms are immediate or severe, take 10 drops under the tongue every
10 minutes, not to exceed 3 hours total. Then hourly not to exceed 12 hours
until symptoms subside.
For chronic conditions use 10-15 drops under the tongue three times daily for
a period not to exceed 6 weeks.

Materia Medica Ingredient Descriptions
Sinapis nigra 3X
Use for: hay-fever, inflammation of the mucous membrane, pharyngitis;
dry nares and pharynx, thick lumpy secretions, nostrils alternately stopped,
sneezing, hacking cough, dryness of anterior nares, throat hot and
inflamed, asthmatic breathing.
Silicea 6X
Use for: itching nose, nasal bones sensitivity, sneezing, nasal obstruction,
loss of smell, and perforation of septum; cough and sore throat,
stinging pain on swallowing, colds fail to yield and settle in throat, sputum
persistently muco-purulent and profuse, vertigo and headaches.
Luffa operculata 4X
Use for: inflammation of the mucous membrane, acute rhinitis, sinusitis,
pharyngitis, bronchial asthma, nasal polypi; nasal discharge, sneezing,
congestion, dryness/scratchy sore throat, throat raw sensation, dryness
and itching in the canthi, tired/heavy sensation in the eyes, burning pain
in the eyes, respiration difficult with little exertion, frontal and occipital
headache, head pain.
Guaiacum 8X
Use for: arthritic diathesis, rheumatism, tonsillitis; rheumatic sore throat,
dry tight cough, rheumatic pain in extremities.
Pulsatilla 4X
Use for: inflammation of the mucous membrane; discharges of thick,
bland, and yellowish-green; nasal stoppages, nasal bone sore, loss
of taste and smell, itching and burning eyes, neuralgia, hoarseness,
dry cough, expectoration bland/thick/bitter/greenish, weeps easily, sad,
crying readily.
Cinnabaris 6X
Use for: congestion to the head and pressive sensation in the nose;
stringy mucus passed through posterior nares into throat, dryness in
the month and throat.
Euphorbium officinarum 6X
Use for: irritation to the skin and mucous membranes, burning pains,
violent pressive headache, oppressed breathing, and spasmodic/dry
cough day and night with asthma; violent fluent inflammation of the
mucous membrane with burning and cough, constant cough, croup,
hollow cough.
Hepar sulphuris calcareum 6X
Use for: affected respiratory mucous membrane; producing croupous
catarrhal inflammation, profuse secretions, infected sinuses, vertigo,
headache, pain in the eyes and orbitis, iritis, nose sore and ulcerated,
soreness of the nostrils, catarrhal troubles, hay-fever, loses voice, cough,
and hoarseness.
