The first session of the Conference will start at 14:00, October 10. Registration will
start at 10:00 at the hall of Milan Hotel.
Conference fee
You can pay conference fee in cash during registration.
For non-russian residents: conference fee is paid in rubles.
Road from the Airports
There are three different possibilities you can use to reach hotel Milan from the
Airport.
Three ways to get to Milan hotel from the Airport.
1. Taxi
You can take a taxi at the corresponding desk at the Airport (desk is called “Official
taxi”). Beware of using the private drivers services, that will be suggested to you after
the green corridor. You can also use Uber, Gett or Yandex Taxi services at your
smartphone.
2. Aeroexpress and metro
The railroad station is situated near each airport, just follow “Aeroexpress” signs. The
trains circulate between airports and Moscow’s train stations regularly (more
information and schedule can be found here: https://aeroexpress.ru/en). When you
reach the train station in Moscow you can use metro (map is below) to reach
Domodedovskaya metro station near hotel Milan (link to Google map). Online metro
map can be found here https://metro.yandex.com/moscow. Tickets are available at
ticket machines.
3. Bus
If you arrive at Domodedovo airport you can also use bus #308. These buses circulate
every 10-20 minutes between Domodedovo airport and Domodedovskaya metro
station (near hotel Milan). The bus station is outside the airport area near the highway.
Meals
Business-lunches are available at hotel Milan for those participants, who paid for it in
the conference fee.
If you would like to go outside here are some café/restaurants nearby:
• «Khinkalnaya», 0 floor mall "Moskva"
Georgian cuisine.
The average bill for one person: 700-1000 Rub. But 1 khinkali costs 45 Rub.
Distance from hotel: 100m.
• "PereHod" (ПереХод)
Barbecue-bar.
Business lunch from 12:00 to 16:00 costs - 290 Rub.
Distance from hotel: 300m.
• «Tanuki Sushi Bar» (Тануки)
Japanese cuisine.
The average bill for one person: 700-1000 Rub.
Distance from hotel: 400m.
• «Benvenuto»
Italian and European cuisine.
The average bill for one person: 1000-1500 Rub.
Distance from hotel: 650m.
• «Room Café&Bar»
Cuisine: European, Japanese.
The average bill for one person: 1500-2000 Rub.
Business lunch from 12:00 to 17:00 cost - 270 Rub (without beverage).
Distance from hotel: 700m.
• Pizza Restaurant «Pizzburg»
Pizza, Italian and Japanese cuisine.
Pizza 31 cm for 380-680 Rub.
Distance from hotel: 700m.
• Plenty of fast-foods in a mall «Galereya Vodoley»,
Besides there is restaurant "Kumanyek". Ukrainian cuisine.
Business lunch from 12:00 to 16:00 costs - 265 Rub.
Distance from hotel: 1000m.
• McDonalds
The average bill for one person: 300-500 Rub.
Distance from hotel: 1000m.

Conference proceedings
The Proceedings of the conference will be published at “Journal of Physics:
Conference Series”. This journal is indexed by Scopus and Web of Science.
Deadline for proceeding submission is November 15. Earlier submission is welcome!
Please prepare your proceeding until that date if you would like it to be published and
send the draft to [email protected]. Plenary talks: up to 8 pages, section talks – up
to 5 pages and posters up to 4 pages. To get more information about proceedings

If you are going to present a poster, please notice that posters should be printed at
thick paper up to A1 format (594x841 mm).
No composite posters made of few smaller formats are allowed.
Posters should be placed on the wall in the morning of your poster session’s day and
removed in the evening of the same day or in the next morning. You should be near
your poster during the evening coffee-break (at your poster session). We are going to
hold a young scientist poster contest, so please be ready to prepare a couple of slides
if jury chooses your poster for this contest.
Conference excursion
Excursion for those people, who requested that during the registration, will take place
on October 12. Meeting time is 9:00 at the Milan hotel lobby. More information will
be available during conference registration on Monday.
