Federation Square: Flinders Street near Russell St (Main Stop)
A unique cultural and entertainment precinct located in the centre of Melbourne. Melbourne
Visitor Centre, Ian Potter Centre - NGV, and the Australian Centre for the Moving Image
(ACMI). Opposite Federation Square, is the magnificent building of St Paul's Cathedral.
Melbourne Aquarium: Kings Way before the bridge
Melbourne Aquarium is one of Victoria's leading visitor attractions and a great outing for
the whole family. It is home to thousands of animals, including sharks, turtles, stingrays,
sawfish, tropical fish and much, much more.

Eureka Tower (Skydeck): City Road
The observation deck (Eureka Skydeck 88) occupies the entire 88th floor of the Eureka
Tower and is the highest public vantage point in a building in Melbourne at 285m.
Skydeck features 'The Edge' – a glass cube which projects 3m out from the building with
visitors inside and is suspended almost 300m above the ground. An entry fee applies to
access Skydeck.
Crown Casino: Whiteman Street next to Crown Promenade Hotel
Crown Casino and Entertainment Complex is a large casino and entertainment precinct
located on the southbank of the Yarra River. It is the largest casino complex in the
Southern Hemisphere and one of the largest in the world.
South Wharf DFO/Hilton Hotel: Convention Centre Place
For all those bargain shoppers out there the DFO at South Wharf is situated near the
Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre and near the Hilton Hotel. This is a definite
shopping stop for those looking for a bargain. Visit the enchanting 1885 Tall Ship the Polly
Woodside which is a National Trust tourist attraction.
Harbour Town / Melbourne Star: Pearl River Road - Studio Lane
A visit to Melbourne just isn’t complete without the Harbour Town Shopping Centre
experience. Waterfront City and the New Quay. The Melbourne Star (previously Southern Star)
is a giant Ferris wheel in the Waterfront City precinct. A ride (one complete rotation) takes 30
minutes and provides uninterrupted 360-degree views of up to 40 kilometres encompassing
the Docklands precinct, Melbourne’s CBD, Port Phillip Bay and as far as Mount Macedon,
Arthur’s Seat and the Dandenong Range's.

Queen Victoria Market: Queen Street near the corner of Therry St
Market closed Monday's & Wednesday's. Also known affectionately as ‘Vic Market’ or
‘Queen Vic’, the Queen Victoria Market has been the heart and soul of Melbourne for more
than a century. The Market is open five days a week—Tuesday, and Thursday to Sunday.

Etihad Stadium is a multi-purpose facility designed to cater for major sporting and
entertainment events, Harbour Esplanade, Victoria Harbour & Docklands Park.
Melbourne Zoo: Main Entrance Elliot Avenue
The Royal Melbourne Zoological Gardens, commonly known as the Melbourne Zoo, contains
more than 320 animal species from Australia and around the world. Last departure from the
Zoo is 16:46.
10 Lygon St Carlton (Little Italy): Lygon St near Faraday St outside French Connection
Lygon Street is a street in inner northern Melbourne. Lygon Street's name has become
synonymous with Italian restaurants and cafés. It was a place of celebration when Italy
won the 2006 FIFA World Cup.
11 Melbourne Museum/IMAX Theatre: Rathdowne Street
IMAX Melbourne’s screen is the world’s third largest and spans a massive 32 metres
wide x 23 metres high. The Melbourne Museum, Carlton Gardens and Royal Exhibition
building are in close proximity.
12 Comedy Theatre: Exhibition Street corner with Lt Bourke St.
The Comedy Theatre is a 997 seat theatre, built in Spanish Style. In the midst of the theatre
precinct - the Princess. Her Majesty's. nearby is China Town & the Chinese Museum.
13 Cathedral Place: Cathedral Place
St Patrick's Cathedral is the cathedral church of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Melbourne.
The building is known internationally as a leading example of the Gothic Revival style of architecture.
14 Fitzroy Gardens: Lansdowne Street
The Fitzroy Gardens are 26 hectares (64 acres) located on the southeastern edge of the
Melbourne Central Business District in East Melbourne. The gardens are one of the major
Victorian era landscaped gardens in Australia and add to Melbourne's claim to being the
garden city of Australia. Located in the Garden's is Captain Cooks Cottage.
15 Sports Precinct/MCG: Jolimont Street
The Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) is an Australian sports stadium located in Yarra Park,
part of the Melbourne Sports and Entertainment Precinct. The National Sports Museum is a
must. Rod Laver arena, AAMI Park and Olympic Park are all close by.

2 Shrine of Remembrance: Birdwood Ave
The Shrine of Remembrance, was built as a memorial to the men and women of Victoria who
served in World War I and is now a memorial to all Australians who have served in wars past
and present. It is a site of annual observances of ANZAC Day and Remembrance Day and is
one of the largest war memorials in Australia. The Royal Botanic gardens are located nearby.
3 South Melbourne: Perrins St
Historically known as Emerald Hill, it was one of the first of Melbourne's suburbs to adopt
full municipal status and is one of Melbourne's oldest suburban areas, notable for its well
preserved Victorian era streetscapes. Located nearby and a short walk away is the South
Melbourne Market, a Melbourne Must!
4 The Esplanade: 3 The Esplanade
Hop off here to stroll along Fitzroy Street and enjoy the cafes and restaurants along this strip. St
Kilda beach is only a short walk away. The Esplanade market is open every Sunday from
10.00am – 5.00pm and is set against the iconic backdrop of St kilda beach. This vibrant
market features over 120 unique stalls of hand crafted artwork, jewellery and much more.
5 Luna Park/Palais Theatre : Lower Esplanade next to the Palais Theatre
St Kilda is home to many of Melbourne's famous visitor attractions including Luna Park, the
Esplanade Hotel, Acland Street and Fitzroy Street. It is home to St Kilda Beach, Melbourne's most
famous beach, several renowned theatres and several of Melbourne's big events and festivals.
Melbourne's Luna Park is a historic amusement park. It opened on 13 December 1912 and has
been operating almost continuously ever since. The Park is Closed during the week except
during school holidays.
6 St. Kilda Marina
The marina offers a variety of services as well as a fantastic range of new and used boats.
St Kilda Marina also has two restaurants – Riva and The Great Provider.

7 South Melbourne Beach: Kerferd Road Pier
The Kerferd Road Pier is of historical significance for its role in the development of the
foreshore as a fashionable seaside resort, and in the growth of sea-bathing as a popular
recreational activity in the late 1800s and early 1900s. The South Melbourne Beach is
located nearby.
8 Station Pier/Bay Street: Waterfront Place
This is the closest stop to Bay Street which is a shopping precinct with great cafes,
restaurants, pubs, stylish fashions and homewares. Station Pier is an historic Pier on Port
Phillip opened in 1854. It is home to the Spirit of Tasmania and passenger terminal for
Cruise Ships.
9 Crown Casino Whiteman st near Clarendon St
Crown Casino and Entertainment Complex is a large casino and entertainment precinct
located on the south bank of the Yarra River. It is the largest casino complex in the
Southern Hemisphere and one of the largest in the world.
10 Arts Centre: St. Kilda Road
The Arts Centre Melbourne is a performing arts centre consisiting of theatres and concert
halls and is located in the arts precinct. It is close to the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV).
