7cm SNAP FRAME
Snap Frame is with a total depth of 7cm, distance between the light source and the graphics is
5cm and is used to make backlit light box. This profile is ideal for using our ‘Slim Light’
Honeycomb modular LED panels, wide angle LED modules & Flexible LED strips to make
backlit boxes.
The profile comes in 3m and 5.5m length.
Each light box will require the following………..

8 corner connectors
Minimum 1 spring at every 20cm distance
2 Clear Acrylic for Sandwich with a backlit film (thickness
2mm+2mm/2.5mm+2.5mm/2.8mm+2.8mm) or one light passing/clear sheet for
pasting the digital graphics (5mm).
3mm thick ACP Sheet as per the size of light box for back support.
Note: If case the customer uses Honey Comb LED Panels, then they will require PVC sheet
1mm/2mm/3mm thick, to be kept in between the backing ACP and the LED panel in order to
prevent short circuit.
