How Many Dimples Does The Square Golf Ball Have?
The Square Golf Ball has approximately 650 dimples. A traditional golf ball will have between 300 and
500 dimples. On a traditional golf ball the dimples play a very important role in providing lift and flight.
Many times a traditional golf ball will contain two or three different sized dimples. With a casual glance, all
traditional golf ball dimples appear the same, but a closer examination will show otherwise. Since dimples
on The Square Golf Ball are cosmetic and not involved in performance, the count, placement and/or size
of the dimples are not important to The Square Golf Ball performance. However the dimple construction
was modeled from traditional golf balls as far as depth, circumference and approximate placement
and/or staggering, giving The Square Golf Ball a very realistic visual compared to a traditional golf ball.
The Square Golf Ball dimples also afford the realistic sensation of touch. Combined with the exact weight
and diameter of a traditional golf ball, The Square Golf Ball mimics all aspects of a traditional golf ball,
except for the scientific composition of the solid center core involved with a traditional golf ball.
Unfortunately there isn’t much else to discuss about golf ball dimples. Just know that The Square Golf
Ball offers every possible likeness to a traditional golf ball, except for the unique shape.
