Events begin at 1630
Joint Service Combat Eval
A test of physical endurance:performing Air Force push-ups,
Navy sit-ups (curl-up), Marine pull-up, and an Army 2 mile run.
Tire Flip
In this challenge you will have to flip 2 tractor tires 20 yards.
The Jerry Can Relay Race
A timed race, begin by carrying 2 empty 5 gallon Jerry cans,
filling them up with water then running back to the finish line,
dumping the water then passing the empty cans to the next person in line.
Down and Dirty
Complete a 25yard low crawl relay.
Paintball Marksmanship
Begin with a pre-loaded paintball gun,
paintball rounds, shooting a target 15ft down range.
Tug of War
The top two Teams will battle for supremacy for the final challenge.

Zumba Ditch the Workout, join the party! Starting May 21st, Zumba classes are offered every Tuesday and
Tursday from 4:45-5:45pm.
Spin Club is open to everyone. Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30am to 11:30am
Body by Design with Janet, Personal training
Group Classes are Wednesdays from 6:00pm-7:00pm. The group rate per person is only $10!
You can also set up one-on-one classes for the price of $45 per person
Quality of Life Boxing Program with Rocky Snow
Mr. Rocky Snow, Ret. Marine, started the Quality of Life Boxing/Weight Lifting program. This program is for all
Military Branches, Civilians & family members. His goal is to promote a healthier life style. Come to the Fitness
Center every Monday through Thursday from 9am-12pm, and 4pm-8pm

Here at Outdoor Rec, we offer a full assortment of fishing equipment. Our line consists of Cabela's Tour Tourney trail, IM7
Graphite rods in both 6 ½ and 7 foot length. Complimented with a Pfluger President spinning reel . We also have bait
casting rods by field and Stream with Shakespeare reels. Most people grew up with the pushbutton rod and reel, we have
those by Zebco and Shakespeare, these rods are available in medium action and ultra light. Try out some of our new
camping products. A variety of tent sizes are available along with lanterns, and cooking stoves. All the items to provide you
with a comfortable outdoor adventure.

UPDATE TO THE UTA RESERVATION PROCESS!
The Flyers Inn has recently upgraded the Automated Lodging Reservation System that
handles all UTA reservations! As such, all users will be given a new Identification Number
during their next call to ALRS (PIN Numbers will remain the same). Please remember there
is a deadline for making UTA reservations per AWI 34-601; all UTA reservations are to be
made no later than midnight on the Wednesday prior to the UTA. Please contact The Flyers
Inn @ 557-2700 if you have any questions regarding the new reservation process."
