TRADING TERMS:
All new customers must complete a Credit Account Application form.
Notebooks are sold FIRM SALE / minimum reorders are $250.00 net AUD / Customer agrees to place only spirit
stock on the display rack for a period of 2 years from signing this agreement; after this 2 years has ended the
display becomes property of the owner.
All accounts are net 30 days.
CLAIMS:
Claims such as shortages, damages, or mis-shipments as well as claims for non-receipt including POD must be
made in writing to spirit publishing within 7 days of receipt or they will not be honoured.
ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACTIONED WITHOUT A SIGNATURE AND A DATE:
