System Optimization Program
The Honeywell System Optimization Program is
a comprehensive service program that maintains
the health of your systems and ensures that
they are running at peak performance. As
technology continues to evolve, today’s security
management systems are increasing in size and
complexity. The integration between software and
hardware platforms on these systems requires
routine service and maintenance to ensure
business continuity. The System Optimization
Program provides highly skilled support
professionals to periodically perform a series of
maintenance functions, run diagnostics and
make performance enhancements.
When you purchase a System Optimization Program from
Honeywell, the following services are available. A full
report of potential issues and recommended action is
provided after each system's review.
SYSTEMS HEALTH CHECK
During the System Optimization visit, a Honeywell
technician will perform routine maintenance checks on the
Honeywell enterprise system. Adjustments and updates
will be made as necessary.

• RAID and system monitoring functionality (if applicable)
• Update operating system patches as needed
• Check Windows event logs for recorded errors or
warnings
• Check workstation CPU and memory usage
• Verify integration to matrix switch (if applicable)
• Verify integration to IDM (if applicable)
SOFTWARE UPDATES
• Check workstation disk space usage

they may have requests, questions about product features,
or they may simply want to share information with us.
During the regularly scheduled System Optimization visit,
our Honeywell technicians sit down with our customers to
better understand their needs and requirements. Honeywell
may also have new information to share with our customers
regarding upcoming product releases, industry technology
trends or best practices witnessed in the field.
