Bow Tie Analysis 1-Day Course Overview Course Outline Bow Tie analysis is an increasingly popular and powerful risk evaluation method used in many different industries. Bow Tie provides operators with a consistent approach to ensure sufficient barriers exist to prevent major accident hazards from occurring and to mitigate the resulting consequences should a hazard be realised. Session 1: Introduction to Bow Tie In addition to being an excellent method of facilitating and capturing risk evaluation, Bow Tie diagrams are an effective communication tool which can be used for internal training or decision making. This hands-on course introduces participants to Bow Tie methodology, examines the key components of the model and demonstrates the practical application of Bow Tie analysis.
