Bow Tie Analysis 1-Day Course

Bow Tie Analysis
1-Day Course
Overview
Course Outline
Bow Tie analysis is an increasingly popular and powerful risk
evaluation method used in many different industries. Bow Tie
provides operators with a consistent approach to ensure
sufficient barriers exist to prevent major accident hazards from
occurring and to mitigate the resulting consequences should a
hazard be realised.
Session 1: Introduction to Bow Tie
In addition to being an excellent method of facilitating and
capturing risk evaluation, Bow Tie diagrams are an effective
communication tool which can be used for internal training or
decision making.
This hands-on course introduces participants to Bow Tie
methodology, examines the key components of the model and
demonstrates the practical application of Bow Tie analysis.
