Q: How to download《VGo》App?
A: Please go to App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android Phones) to download the
App by searching “VGo”. The App will install automatically after finishing download.
* You may need to pay the data transmission fees charged by your mobile service
provider. Please contact your mobile service provider for details.
Q: Is there any charge for using《VGo》?
《VGo》is a free mobile App. But the functions VBid & VPay are for Autotoll
customer use only. You may need to pay the data transmission fees charged by your
mobile network operator. Please contact your mobile network operator for details.
VDrive
Q: How to use the routing function of VDrive?
A:
Route Planning
Once a destination is entered, the recommended routes from your current location to
destination, estimated travel time & distance will be calculated immediately. CCTV &
Speed Camera locations will be shown along the way. You may also view all the
CCTV screens along this route.
Traffic News
Real-time traffic news all over Hong Kong will be provided, with the relevant news
along the route set as prioritized ones.
Destination Facilities
Provide facility details near the destination, including car parks, parking meters, gas
stations, restaurants, etc.
Q: How to use the “Trip & Clock” function of VDrive?
A: Add a new Trip with starting point, destination, estimated travel time, date & time,
etc. The App can then set the alarm function of this Trip, showing the estimated travel
time for specific dates.
Q: What is the “Start” icon at the right top corner?
Enter driving mode by pressing the “Start” icon. All voice over alerts including speed
cameras & travel incidents will be enabled.
Q: What are the 2 “Share” icons after pressing “Start”?
A: When users come across speed cameras or traffic incidents, they can press “Share
Speed Camera / Incident” to report and share information with other users. They can
earn VPoint by taking this action too.

Q: Is there any charge for using VEat?
A: Part of the functions of VEat, like VBid, is limited to the use of Autotoll customers
only.
Q: How to set the language of VEat?
A: Press the icon on the left top corner to enter the Menu. Select “Setting” to choose
your favourite language, English, Traditional Chinese & Simplified Chinese.
Q: How to register an account?
A: Press the icon on the left top corner to enter the Menu. Select “Login/Register” at
the top and press “Register VGo Account”
Q: How to login VEat?
A: Press the icon on the left top corner to enter the Menu. Select “Login/Register” at
the top and choose to login by Facebook or VGo Account. If you choose to login with
VGo Account, please press “Register VGo Account”, input your relevant personal
details and submit.
Q: Any information that will be required for authorization to access for
Facebook Login to VEat?
A: Public Profile (must access), Friend List & Email.
Q: How to log out VEat?
A: Press the icon on the left top corner to enter the Menu. Select “Setting” and press
the icon at the right top corner to log out.
Q: How to search restaurants in VEat?
A:
Hot Restaurants
Over 10 “Hot Restaurants” recommended by VEat editors will be listed out on the
main page (the quantity may vary from time to time). Press the selected restaurant to
enter the restaurant main page.
Quick Search
A series of restaurant categories are shown on the main page, including Business
Lunch, Café, Seafood, Dessert, All Day Breakfast, Vegetarian Menu, Snack Shop, etc.
Press the selected restaurant category to view the quick search result.
Q: What are the major functions on the main page of VEat?
A:
Parking Tips
There will be at least 3 pieces of parking tips for each single restaurant, providing
information like the nearest and most convenient parking spaces nearby, hourly rate &
parking offers, etc.
Restaurant Information
Include comments (parking & restaurant), photo, address, telephone no., signature
dish, average spending, type of cuisine, Chef information, menu, etc.
Map & Navigation
Map view for restaurant and parking locations is available. Navigation is also enabled.
Reservation
Make reservation by directly calling the restaurant or making use of the Reservation
function on the restaurant main page.
(Please note that the Reservation function is not available for every restaurant)
Invitation for Dining
The “Invitation for Dining” function will be enabled after Facebook login, for which
you can input and confirm the selected restaurant, date, time & remarks.
Comments
Comments for both restaurant & parking.
Nearby Restaurant
A list or map view for viewing nearby restaurants.
Sharing
Share restaurant information through social media platforms like Facebook, WeChat,
Whatsapp & LINE.
Q: How to use “Restaurant Profiles” in VEat?
A: By using “Restaurant Profiles”, you can search a restaurant by sorting categories
like location, cuisine, parking, restaurant & parking ratings, etc.
Q: What kinds of offers does VEat provide?
A: VEat regularly provides dining, gas station & parking offers. You can earn VPoint
to bid for various offers on the VBid platform. You can also enjoy a variety of offers
by simply showing your App.

Q: Will there be regular updates for the various information provided by VEat?
A: The information of restaurants, parking locations & gas stations are provided by
merchants and will be updated from time to time. VGo will not be responsible for the
accuracy of all these information.
VPay
Q: What is VPay?
A: VPay is the electronic payment function of《VGo》. For locations of restaurants and
gas stations with this service enabled, users who have downloaded《VGo》will be able
to use VPay for payments.
Q: How to use VPay for payments?
A: Login VPay with an Autotoll Account. Choose “VPay by Autotoll” and activate the
VPay function following the instructions.
After activation, input your “Transaction Limit” on the page of “VPay by Autotoll”. A
QR Code for payment will be generated by pressing “Pay”. Payment can be made
successfully by merchants by scanning this QR Code.
Q: How to view transaction records after using VPay?
A: After the payment is successfully made, a notification will be received. On the
page of “Transaction Record”, you can view all relevant payment records, including
“Toll” & “Others”.
Q: How to secure the payment procedures of VPay?
A: The QR Code generated each time can only be lasted for 60 seconds. It’s required
to generate a new one after one is expired. Users can also input “Transaction Limit” to
ensure no extra amount is paid.
VBid
Q: What is VBid?
A: A variety of items will be available for bidding from 12noon to 12am every day.
You can use your VPoint to bid for your favourite items, which include offers mainly
related to car owners like toll fee waiver, free parking hours, gas station coupon, car
beauty service, dining, entertainment, shopping, etc.

Q: How to bid?
A: Enter VBid main page. Use VPoint to bid for your favourite items. The minimum
VPoint is set for every bidding item. Set the number of VPoint for bidding on your
decision. A reference message will be shown after the bidding is accepted.
Q: How to know the bidding result?
A: In “VBid Record”, you can check all the bidding items in progress. Once you
successfully bid the item, you can view them in “My VBid”. Redemption methods
depend on the nature of items. Redemption letters or coupons will be posted directly
to the user’s registered address. And consumption offers like toll fee waiver will be
debited to the user’s Autotoll Account directly.
