After Mass Fellowship – Instruction Sheet
Supplies needed are located in storage:
Lemonade Mix
8 oz Foam Cups
Drink Napkins
Gloves
Garbage Bags
Saturday 5pm
5-6 People needed
Cookies are delivered by Publix to the sacristy
Team must arrive at 4:30pm
Fill 4 Water Coolers with 4 gallons of water and top up with ice to the 5 gallon mark
Mix in lemonade per instructions
Load cart with:
Napkins for the cookies
Gloves to serve the cookies
Cups for the lemonade
Garbage Bags
Bring cart and 2 trash cans from Life center to front of church
Set up 2 tables from old EMHC room
Each table can have cookies on one side and lemonade on the other (We should
bring out 20 dozen cookies to start, go into the sacristy if more as needed)
Note: if too many cookies are brought out, some people fill their purses for later.
2 individuals per table
One to serve lemonade and the other to hand-out cookies
Clean up Team:
Collect all loose trash in court yard area
Place left over cookies in Sacristy
Bring in tables and place them in the old EMHC (Fill paper towels with soap
from bathroom and wipe down tables, after wiping down with fill paper towels with water to
finish off) Note: If tables are sticky from lemonade and stored that way it can attract pests.
Place supplies and left over lemonade in cart and bring back to Life Center with trash
cans. Leave everything (Including lemonade) in cart for team in the morning
Note: If Lemonade is low please complete the below:
Top up 4 Water Coolers
Fill water coolers with already made lemonade from other water coolers to the 4 gallon
mark and top up with ice to the 5 gallon mark
Empty water coolers
Fill 4 Water Coolers with 4 gallons of water and top up with ice to the 5 gallon mark
Mix in lemonade per instructions
Sunday 8am
5-6 People needed
Doughnuts are delivered by Publix to the sacristy
Team must arrive at 7:30am to make sure you are set up
If set up is required complete the below:
Top up 4 Water Coolers
Fill water coolers with already made lemonade from other water coolers to the 4 gallon
mark and top up with ice to the 5 gallon mark
Empty water coolers
Fill 4 Water Coolers with 4 gallons of water and top up with ice to the 5 gallon mark
