JETSTAR MOTHER’S DAY GIVEAWAY
1.
The lucky draw is open to all residents of Singapore aged 18 years and above.
2.
Directors, management, employees and their immediate families of Jetstar Airways Pty Limited, Jetstar Pacific
Airlines Joint Stock Aviation Company, Valuair Limited, Jetstar Asia Airways Pte Ltd and their agents and related bodies
corporate and registered travel companions of the employees of the Promoters and its related bodies corporate are not
eligible to enter.

The promotion commences at 1:30pm (SGT) on 29 April 2015 and closes at 2pm(SGT) on 6 May 2015.

The promoter is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any communications network or any
late, lost, incorrectly submitted, delayed, ineligible, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entry whether due to error,
transmission interruption or otherwise.

The following steps must be completed to enter the giveaway:

Post a picture of yourself and your mother on Facebook or Instagram and tell us why your mum deserves to
win in 50 words or less.

Tag @JetstarAsia and #JetstarMums to qualify.
Entry is limited to 1 per account. Multiple submissions are not allowed. Incomplete entries will be automatically
disqualified. Jetstar is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries.

Five winners will be selected at the end of the promotion period. Each winner will be notified on or before 7 May
2015 via Facebook or Instagram. Additional reserve entries may be drawn and recorded in case an invalid entry or
ineligible entrant is selected or a prize is forfeited.
8.
Prizes will be given on an "As It Is" basis and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash.
9.
Each winner must present a photo ID for verification upon collection of prize. Jetstar reserves the right to verify the
validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any participants for tampering with the entry process or for
submitting an entry that is not (in the reasonable opinion of the promoters) in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the promoters’ discretion.

Jetstar’s decision on all matters regarding to this giveaway is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
11.
Jetstar reserves the right to change the prizes and terms & conditions at its discretion without prior notice.

By participating in the giveaway, participants hereby opt-in and agree to receive marketing, publicity and
advertising updates from Jetstar.
13.
It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize.

The Prize
15. There are five prizes. Each prize consists of Jetstar gift voucher with a value of SGD $100 and a Mother’s Day care package
valued at S$200. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
16. Each prize will be issued in the name of the winner. Strictly one prize per winner.
17. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. If a
winner is unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or a prize is not utilised within the timeframe stated it will be forfeited
by the winner and compensation will not be payable.
18. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other
person. Travel must be booked by the winner according to these terms and conditions.
19. A Jetstar representative will contact each winner with details on how to collect the prize. Each winner may also choose to
contact a Jetstar representative by email at [email protected].
20. The promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winner’s name and/or photograph for publicity purposes.
Liability of Prize
10. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Jetstar exclude liability for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever suffered
or sustained (including, but not limited to direct, indirect special or consequential loss or damage, loss of opportunity revenue
or profit) arising out of or in connection with this promotion, including transportation to and attendance at the event.
11. It is the winners’ personal responsibility to comply with any health or government requirements and ensure that they have valid
documentation, including but not limited to valid passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other
government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such
documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the winners.
12. It is the responsibility of the winners to enquire about local issues and conditions at destinations before travel. Jetstar makes no
representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination.
