The Cake Boutique has the very best in
state of the art baking and decorating
technology. A steam injected convection oven and food grade inkjet printing machine for photographic printed
surfaces are just two of the 19 pieces
of kitchen equipment. The entire bakery is 1820 square feet and includes refrigerated glass display cases, a private
office, walk-in cooler and freezer, an
accessible toilet room, and a storage
area.

A hot trend right now are cupcakes
- gourmet cupcakes. The cupcakes
are artfully decorated, ridiculously
expensive and absolutely delicious.
These “Gourmet” cupcakes have arrived
in Tucson at the Cake Boutique in the
Plaza at Williams Center. As the name
implies, Cake Boutique specializes in
cakes, but it also has tapped into the
cupcake phenomenon, at $2.75 each.
The gamut of Cake boutique offerings
include: wedding cakes, butter cream
& stacked party cakes, fondant party
cakes, shaped / sculpted cakes, purse
cakes, mini cakes and petit fours,
cookies and brownies.
