HOW DO I ORDER $TOP CERTIFICATES TO EARN MONEY OFF MY TUITION? St. Celestine School’s $TOP Program is one of the most successful in the area. This program allows school families to purchase gift cards at face value and then use them to make everyday purchases or to give them as gifts. A percentage of each dollar amount of certificates purchased is earned and applied in the spring to your tuition payment, as well as the school earning a small percentage of each purchase (about ¼ to ½ percent). There is no limit to how much tuition credit you can earn. The more family and friends you get involved, the more credit you earn. We’ve had families earn well over $1,500 off their tuition using the $TOP Program. An order form and envelope are sent home to each school family on the first Wednesday of every month. You have your choice of when and how to receive your certificates on the order envelope; you can get your certificates as early as the following day (Friday of that order week) if you choose. Any certificates that are on backorder will be sent home the following Wednesday in your child’s brown envelope. Checks or cash are the forms of payment accepted. Make checks payable to: STOP. If you choose not to order that first week of the month, keep the form in case you wish to order later in the month. If you do place an order during the month, you will receive a new blank order form/envelope along with your certificates. Also, blank order forms are available in the school office, the Pastoral Center, the church vestibules, and on the school’s website. The drop off and pick up dates, as well as the dates this program is offered at church (see reverse), are always listed on the back side of the monthly order form. One of the best ways to use the $TOP Program is by ordering directly online. Giving family and friends the website allows them to place an order under your name so that you will earn tuition credit for any certificates they order. Listed below is more detailed information about this popular option. Visit www.stcelestineschool.org and click on the STOP sign icon; then click “Online STOP Pre‐ Order Form.” Input the Student’s Name, Phone, Family I.D., and preferred Delivery method— where you want your filled order sent or picked up from. The vendors are listed in two sections. The first section lists our “popular” (most‐purchased grocery and gas) vendors alphabetically. The second section lists all other vendors in alphabetical order. The percentage earned toward your tuition credit is also listed next to each vendor. These are the steps to completing an online $TOP order: · Select the total dollar amount needed for each vendor in the “Select One” drop‐down menu. · There is an area at the bottom of the Order form for “Comments/Instructions” for your use. Family/friends may want to insert their name (not your child’s name) in this section so that when the order is sent home with your child you will know who to give it to. · After selecting all certificate amounts needed, click the “Submit Order” button.
· A confirmation page will be displayed indicating the total dollar amount of the order, as well as the quantity from each vendor/denomination ordered, along with the dollar amount for each vendor. · If your order is correct, click the “Confirm” button to proceed or choose one of the other buttons to change/cancel your order. · A processed order page will be displayed indicating our receipt of your order. · PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE CERTIFICATES CAN BE DISBURSED TO YOUR CHILD OR PICKED UP. Please send payment to the school or church office the day after placing an online order. · Order envelopes have the option, “Online Pre‐Order Sent – Payment Enclosed.” Check this option if applicable and enclose the total payment for your order. You can write this option on any other envelope you send in with your payment as well. · When your completed order is sent home/picked up, you will receive a printed version of your order form indicating the tuition credit earned. This online option has generated even more participation in the $.T.O.P. Program. It has been more convenient for our families to purchase certificates. $TOP is also offered the 2 nd and 4 th weekends of the month at the 5:00 p.m. Saturday Mass and the 7:30, 9:00, and 11:00 a.m. Sunday Masses. Order forms are located in either vestibule. Place the completed order form and payment through the slot in the $TOP box, and your order will be filled during Mass. To pick up your filled order, come to the 76 th Court vestibule after Mass. Any certificates on backorder will be sent home the following Wednesday (about 3 days later) through your child’s brown envelope.
