Pool Rule Reminder
Glass bottles and other glass containers, when used in and near a pool, tend to get scattered all around and because of the activity level associated with swimming (especially
with children running around), it becomes incredibly easy to break glass bottles and
other glass containers.
Please review the Special
Edition newsletter that
was sent to all households.
It contains important information about everything you need to know
regarding pool rules and
the summer season events.
Cleanup of broken glass is extremely expensive and time consuming. In the event a
cleanup is necessary, the pool could be closed for an extended period of time. Don’t risk
inconveniencing everyone’s summer fun by bringing glass to the pool!!
Please respect the “NO GLASS ALLOWED IN POOL AREA” rule. This includes baby
food jars.
ADDITIONAL NOTE: All costs incurred for the cleanup of broken glass in and
around the pool will be charged to those responsible for bringing the glass to the
pool. Members are responsible for their guests.

Projects and Improvements
We have 2 exciting Clubhouse
property
improvements
to
tell you about.
Air Conditioning
has been installed on the first floor! Now you
can exercise, watch TV, or use the
game room in air-conditioned
comfort.
Another big project to report is
the completion of a new Party
Room floor. It looks great!
We are sorry that weight room
users were inconvenienced for a
few days due to the lower level
being off-limits, but the results
are worth the short-lived hassle.
There will be upcoming
weight room closures when
the floor is sealed, so please be
patient. A sign will be posted on
the weight room door when we
have definite closure dates.
