Hiring Incen ves Update TheAirForceAuditAgency(AFAA)conductedan auditat20AFlocationsofSuperiorQuali ication Appointments(SQAs)andcivilianRecruitment, Relocation,andRetention(3Rs)incentivesgranted overatwo-yearperiod.AFAAconcludedthatof icialsdidnotproperlyjustify,validate,andsupport SQAsandassociatedsalaryamountsawardedfor 43%ofemployeesreviewedanddidnotproperly justify,support,andrevalidate3Rincentivesfor 75%ofemployeesreviewed.
