FERROQUEST FQ7100 is a liquid blend available in
a variety of containers and delivery methods. Contact
your BetzDearborn representative for details.
DESCRIPTION AND USE
FERROQUEST ® FQ7100 is a unique neutral pH
cleaner available only from BetzDearborn. This product is specifically designed to effectively dissolve
objectionable iron oxide deposits which can form in
closed loop water systems, while at the same time
protect the base metal from corrosion. FERROQUEST FQ7100 should be used only in closed systems which have no significant areas open to the
atmosphere.
STORAGE
Protect from freezing. If this product is frozen during
shipment or storage, slight mixing may be required to
ensure homogeneity.

TREATMENT AND FEEDING REQUIREMENTS
Proper treatment levels for FERROQUEST FQ7100
and FERROQUEST FQ7102 neutralizer depend on
several factors, such as iron and non-iron composition, and levels of deposition. The product should be
used in accordance with control procedures that
BetzDearborn establishes for a specific application.
FERROQUEST FQ7100 is best fed neat (undiluted)
from the storage tank directly into system. It can be
introduced to the system by means of a chemical
pump, bypass feeder or an inductor feeder.
