Matthew 1:18-25
Calvin Dyck, the Abbotsford Youth Orchestra and the
vocal ensemble “Alumni Project” (directed by Sonja Fast
Hindmarsh & Carmen Fast Hollett) present “Light”, a
Christmas concert, on December 21st (2pm and 7pm) at
South Abbotsford Church. Inspired by “O Nata Lux” or
“Light Born of Light”, this concert will include traditional
sing along carols, jazz arrangements by Pentatonix, the
Corelli Christmas Concerto, a toe-tapping “God Rest Ye
Merry Gentlemen” and the inspiring “O Holy Night”. The
concert is rounded out with candlelight, choreography,
costumes, video interviews, and other fun surprises.
Tickets ($20 for adults; $10 for students plus tax and fee)

Christmas Giving Project
As a church we are hoping to bless our next door
neighbours at Kinghaven and George Schmidt Centre.
This season we are hoping to gather $5 Tim Horton's gift
cards and an assortment of flat chocolate bars to give as gifts.
There are 70 men at Kinghaven and 30 men at George
Schmidt. We have 61/100 Gift Cards and 71/100 flat
chocolate bars. We will be receiving your gift card and
chocolate bar donations on Sunday mornings in the foyer as
well as at the office during the week. Thanks for your
generosity as we work together to wish our neighbours
a Merry Christmas!
Level Ground Women’s Craft Retreat
All crafters are welcome to come and enjoy working on
your favourite craft or just relax and spend time with
friends at Camp Squeah.
