Returning ​Friday, August 4th​.

Accommodations​:​ The Nollner Family (good friends of the Carsons) have offered to house all
students...FOR FREE! This will significantly reduce the cost for students to attend!
Cost​: To reserve your spot, please pay a $75 deposit by May 14th. This deposit covers the
conference fees.
Total Cost:
Regular Rate: $175 per person - Ends June 18th
Late Rate: $190 per person - After June 18th
*Total Costs include transportation, food and conference fees for the week. Students
should bring spending money for snacks and conference apparel.
Full Payment Due​: Full payment is due by June 18th. If you decide not to attend, you must let
us know by June 4th in order to receive your deposit back in full.
