our economy is gett ing into, and the need to strengthen it and expand it.
I an serious -- as I have long been -- about guaranteeing basic human
rights for a ll peoplej and I will cont inue to press for sudh guarantees;
I believe deeply

friends in the world , friends we need to win.

Russia, we must negotiate in good faith but al way s from a position of strength.
I will continue to speak up for the rights of labor; for minorities; for

and oppressed whose injury is too often overlooked in a rich society.
