Powering the Integrated Mobility and MaaS ecosystem.
The FluidHub service enables cities to set up a technical and commercial ecosystem for
the deployment of integrated mobility services. The platform links traveller demand with
mobility services, providing options for more efficient, affordable, accessible and green
mobility.
FluidHub enables an open marketplace where all mobility services within a given city or
region can be integrated into one place, including for first / last mile services.
Mobility Services Customers (MSC).
Representing a specific user group
interested in the seamless consumption
of mobility and transport services.
Smart Cities and Regions.
Enhance the inhabitants’ quality of life
by ensuring access to mobility as well
as offering adequate and cost-effective
transport services and infrastructure.
Mobility Services Providers (MSP).
Providing consumer services and
handling the customer relationship.
Platform Service Operator (PSO).
As an enabler, the PSO makes the
large variety of mobility services
accessible to MSPs and handles the
TSP integration and contracting.
Transport Service Providers (TSP).
Providing local transport services
and enabling seamless integration by
providing technical interfaces with
service level agreements.
FluidHub for Transport Service Providers.
Reach more customers with an extended mobility network.
Increasing the use of existing offerings is a key objective of a successful transport
service. By including the available transport offerings into the FluidHub local marketplace, the reach and visibility can be substantially increased. The platform distinguishes
between different levels of integration – from information, booking, and access to
payment – giving Transport Service Providers the flexibility to gradually provide
additional services.
The following benefits and goals can be
achieved:
- Increased local market visibility for own
transport services.
- Winning new customers through
additional Mobility Service Providers.
- Embedding the transport service as a
substantial element of the local urban
transport system and MaaS package.
- Enable flexible pricing schemes.
- Access detailed statistics regarding
customer demand.
- Optimise publicly subsidised transport
services by offering on-demand ride
sharing.
- Facilitate the cooperation with other
Transport Service Providers to provide a
complementary service.
- Create combined tariffs with complementary flexible pricing schemes.
- Improve contract management with
additional Mobility Service Providers.
Define business areas and individual service
points.
Bookable products and pricing can be directly
managed in the backend.

From Integration to Optimisation of Transport.
FluidHub supports three stages of expansion:
+
Integration
On the first level, all transport modes are
integrated to enable multi-modal services.
+
+
Combination
By merging transport services into a
combined offer, intermodal door-to-door
trips become possible (include single
multi-ticket booking).
Optimisation
Based on the current mobility demand,
optimised route options are supported,
also considering the user’s mobility
package and on-demand services.

FluidHub for Mobility Service Providers.
Provide mobility packages to customers, employees and travellers.
FluidHub enables access to all relevant transport service interfaces in one platform.
It simplifies the development of new mobility services considerably. Thanks to a
substantially lower integration effort and the enabling of combined mobility packages,
new business opportunities can be pursued. FluidHub helps with achieving valuable
reseller-agreements and ensures transparent MSP-centric request statistics. In addition,
a growing list of global transport services is integrated by default.
The following benefits and goals can be
achieved:
- Single point of contact to establish a
local mobility service.
- Reduce the time to service by avoiding
complex data integration and through
simplified contracting.
- Build on integrated configurable mobility
services.
- Access comprehensive statistics regarding generated marketplace requests.
Track Transactions.
- Add value to a business or create an
entirely new business model.
- Facilitate access to the mobility domain
as an additional service for pre-existing
end-user services.
- Expand the mobility service established
in an area by adding complementary
modes of transport.
Manage TSP Services.
Adjust Pricing and Bundles.
+
Value Added Mobility Service Provider.
Locally established services can extend their business by adding transport services to
their portfolio.
Supported use cases include inter-modal mobility information, booking and payment
schemes for transport services or gathering user requests and feedback. Loyalty
and gamification schemes can also be implemented to motivate changes in mobility
behaviour.
Mobility Service Providers can add additional revenue streams by integrating mobile
advertisement schemes.

PayAsYouGo
FluidHub is provided with a PayAsYouGo-App
to reduce time to service.
Many ways to build on FluidHub and reach the target audience.
MaaS Service Providers.
FluidHub significantly reduces the effort for newly established
MaaS Service Providers to start a local MaaS service operation
and to provide added value by offering mobility packages to a
specific target group. Consequently, easy access to a variety of
transport services is given. FluidHub supports MaaS Service
Providers by enabling both commission- and contingent-based
accounting with MSP-specific business conditions.
Corporate Mobility Service Providers.
Employees can access available mobility services, book and pay
for transport services like taxis, car and bike sharing, parking
or public transport without cash. Additionally, private mobility
accounts – either pay-as-you-go or credit-based – can be added.
Companies, on the other hand, can reduce their administrative
workload while handling various mobility options flexibly.
Another benefit is the mapping of mobility accounts to cost
centres, projects, teams and employees, establishing modern
digital corporate mobility systems.
FluidHub Service Offering.
The FluidHub implementation starts with an in-depth analysis of available transport
options and a mutually agreed integration and implementation roadmap (based on a City
Mobility Check) to create a local mobility marketplace in your city or region.
