people congregating on a Saturday night
in open malls, train stations, parks and
ovals. The van works directly with young
people providing a Drug and Alcohol
Outreach Service. The professional youth

information, assistance, support and
referrals and emergency care to
adolescents on a Saturday evening.

The purpose of this grant application is to Families &
formally establish the Kindred Spirit
Children
Foundation as an independent formal not
for profit incorporated community
organisation based in Rozelle. This org
has emerged at a community grassroots
level, through parents who have
recognised the need to strengthen the
provision of health, education and arts
services for children and family services
within the Inner West. To date KSF has
been operating as an un-incorporated
community org. Programs have been
auspice and supported by Helios Health
Rozelle.
