performance ensemble made up of
thirteen young local actors living with an
intellectual disability. The presentation of
the show will encourage the local
community to engage with issues of

able to purchase this equipment to share
between 2 inner west ABA groups.
Currently the group rely on borrowing or
hiring this for events and meetings. The
equipment will be used to show education
videos and presentations and assist in
training of new volunteers for the groups.
The shortfall for the purchase of the
equipment will be sourced by funding
and/or other grant applications.

Outreach Van" - In response to young
people congregating on a Saturday night
in open malls, train stations, parks and
ovals. The van works directly with young
people providing a Drug and Alcohol
Outreach Service. The professional youth
workers and all of the volunteers provide
information, assistance, support and
referrals and emergency care to
adolescents on a Saturday evening.

The purpose of this grant application is to Families &
formally establish the Kindred Spirit
Children
Foundation as an independent formal not
for profit incorporated community
organisation based in Rozelle. This org
has emerged at a community grassroots
level, through parents who have
recognised the need to strengthen the
provision of health, education and arts
services for children and family services
within the Inner West. To date KSF has
been operating as an un-incorporated
community org. Programs have been
auspice and supported by Helios Health
Rozelle.
