Motor vehicle, but not a reproduction thereof, which has been maintained in or restored to a condition which is substantially in conformity with manufacturer specifications & appearance.

A high-performance automobile, built in the 1960's-1970's. The term generally describes an American 2-door rear-wheel drive mid-size with a large, powerful V8 engine and special trim,
intended for maximum torque on the street or in drag racing competition. Normally was not built with comfort amenities of their counterparts.

Originally, Asian made imports but now this class has been expanded to include certain domestic cars. Common modifications include exhaust and some drive
train alterations to increase performance. Body modifications include splashy paint jobs & spoilers. One other characteristic is the predominance of the
extreme sound system, usually playing "bassy" rap or other modern tunes. Examples of Tuners include (but are not limited to) cars from Toyota,
Mitsubishi,Honda, Acura and the domestic Dodge Neon.
