The opportunity: You will contribute to the smooth running of the IT Service Desk team by providing 1st into 2nd line service support for all Polish OSTC offices as well as across the OSTC Group. Provide support for all office hardware and escalate as appropriate where a resolution cannot be provided. Provide support on all standard applications support calls and escalate as appropriate where a resolution cannot be provided. Ensure tickets are responded to within the agreed service levels. Ensure that all trading stations, PCs and mobile devices are fit for operation and continuously conform to OSTC Group standards. Manage the physical set up and relocation of trading stations and Back Office PCs. Provide support and set up for video and telephone conferencing. As necessary work outside of the role to meet client needs. Work within the agreed standards to ensure adherence to group policies and procedures. Take it: We’re looking to hear from enthusiastic individuals with a proven track record of the following: 2-3 years previous IT Service Desk (Help Desk) experience, ideally in a complex and international environment. Strong English language skills. Exceptional communication skills, ability to communicate and build rapport with clients at all levels across the organisation. Extensive end-user and administrative knowledge of latest Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic network knowledge. A demonstrated highly professional self-starter with the ability to take on responsibility. Strong customer service focus with a desire to deliver a high quality service.
