Ms. Ma. Carmela Capule, representative from the CRL Environmental Corporation, an accredited
laboratory of the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB), giving information about the
Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCB) during the “Electric Cooperatives (ECs) on Sampling PCB Equipment”
organized by EMB-Region 5 on May 4, 2016 in Rawis, Legazpi City. The training/seminar was attended by
Pollution Control Officers of electric cooperatives in the region to train them on how to safely and properly
obtain samples from suspected PCB equipment to determine if it is PCB-free.
