We’ve listened to what you had to say about your Membership Rewards Statement, and
have improved and updated it. Your new online statement now has more detail, while
at the same time is even easier to read. Best of all, we’ll update it so that you can see
exactly where you are with your points balance on a daily basis. As well as having the
ability to redeem online, you can now view your transactions, check the status of
your redemption requests and calculate the points required to redeem for rewards.

If you’d like to indulge in that special
something straightaway, there’s no need
to wait. Simply use some of your points
