Guidelines
As you read Night you will come across various terms with which you may be unfamiliar or
only partially familiar. For a historical account such as this, background context is essential.
For this project, you will prepare a brief, informative presentation on the topic that you are
assigned. The presentation can be in any form you like (Powerpoint [or a variation thereof],
Prezi, video, or some other method you find interesting).
Your presentation must be in your own words, and it must include images. Since nothing in this
project will be original (that is, you’re not offering any analysis), all material you use must be
cited (you have to tell me where you got it). Obviously, the holocaust is among the most horrific
events in history. So, be careful in your search and do not include any images that others in the
class may find unsettling or offensive.
In addition to Google searches, you will use the academic databases offered by the SFP library.
We will review this in class.
Presentations will begin Monday 8 February
