Boasting 57,000 square meters/ 613,543 square feet of total space, the PANAMA New Convention Center can
welcome more than 10,000 people with an ideal setting overlooking the Panama Canal.
The iconic meeting facility has been designed as a series of modules to offer the highest degree of flexibility. This
combination also allows the conference planner to hold simultaneous events, each with their own separate access
and function space. Its state of the art architectural design celebrates Panama’s national emblem the Harpy
Eagle, transforming the facility’s design into a modern architectural representation of Panama’s commitment to
modernization of its attractions.
With an investment of $193MM this new infrastructure project is a perfect complement to Panama’s main worldclass attraction, the Panama Canal; celebrating its 100 years in operation in 2014.

room, a business center, and offices for congress organizers.
