manual massage over the whole body.

This ultimate exfoliating experience with Black Sand from
French Polynesia and aromatic oils actively sweeps away dead

Aromatic oils are applied all over the body to deeply nourish,
soften and remineralise the skin, followed by a revitalizing

Is a blend of Eastern Thai and Classic massage techniques to

Working the main muscle groups through traditional Swedish
massage techniques while incorporating Thai stretches is an

SPA ETIQUETTE
ARRIVAL
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment
at The Hemingways Spa to allow adequate time to change and
to avoid reduced treatment times. Please bear in mind that all
spa treatments need to end on time, late arrival will result in a
shortened treatment time to accommodate other guests fairly.
CELL PHONES
Respectfully, we request that you turn off your cell phones to
ensure total relaxation for yourselves and other guests.
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that circumstances may arise that are
unavoidable and cancelling may be necessary. If you do find
yourself unable to keep your appointment, we request 4 hours’
notice. Clients who do not honor this request will be charged a
50% cancellation fee for the treatments booked. A no show will
result in full charge.
PAYMENT
Spa treatments may be charged to guest’s room accounts for
residential hotel guests.
Non hotel residents can pay at the Spa reception. All prices are
quoted in Kenyan shillings and are subject to change without
prior notice. We accept cash and major credit cards.
