Uzbek Intelligence Roam and Wander About in Kyrgyzstan;
Muslims Will Not Have Real Sovereignty Except Under Khilafah
(Translated)
On 27 April 2014, Ozodlik Radiosi published a news report stating that a person
suspected to be an Uzbek intelligence had been arrested in the town of Karasu in Osh region
of Kyrgyzstan. The news mentioned that while the person was arrested he showed resistance
and hurt a number of police officers. It added that during the inspection, a number of weapons
and passports belonging to several countries were found with him, and until now the Kyrgyz
official offices3 did not comment anything in relation to this incident.
Days before the arrest incident, as posted on social networks, the Uzbek intelligence man
was exposed as he was trying to gather information about the Imam of the Civil Krschew
Mosque, Rushdie Cree Kamalovi, and it became clear that he presented to the people who
know Imam Kamalovi a reward of $2,000 in return for helping to kill him!. Finally, he was
arrested while drunken, after instigating an altercation in front of the police building in the city
of Krschew; as if he surrendered himself to them!
This intelligence man is one of the thousands who freely roam about and traverse the
territory of Kyrgyzstan. However, this one was acting arrogantly and openly and moves
brazenly in daylight, until he surrendered himself in a theatrical play for the Kyrgyz security
forces. And it is expected as usual that the Uzbek government will request him and receive
him from Kyrgyzstan. Perhaps what is intended in this play is to show the strength of
Uzbekistan in front of the Kyrgyz people, especially the Uzbeks citizens of Kyrgyzstan. So that
it evokes terror in their hearts and smashes their morale and the morale of people of
Kyrgyzstan...
After considering the relations between the two countries, it becomes clear that
Uzbekistan does not consider Kyrgyzstan as a sovereign neighbor, but it looks at it with the
look of an eagle to its prey. So Uzbekistan considers Kyrgyzstan a yard where it emphasizes
and displays its strength, as Russia, the United States and the European Union do in Crimea
and Ukraine...
It is expected that the Kyrgyz government will succumb to the pressure of Uzbekistan and
will defend this intelligence man and exonerate his name just as it protected before the killer of
Rafeeq Cree Kamalovi the father of the Imam, Rushdie Cree Kamalovi. This is expected with
the large presence and the powerful movement of Uzbek intelligence officers on Kyrgyz
territory without an accountant or an observer, as well as with the concurrent prevention of gas
that was provided by Gazprom. It is also expected under these military exercises that take
place near the border with Jalalabad without any warning!
As a reminder, the killers of Rafeeq Cree Kamalovi, the father of the Imam, are not from
the Kyrgyz government as it was announced at the time! Rather, those who killed him are the
men of the Uzbek regime under the leadership of joint operations with the Kyrgyz forces.
However, the Kyrgyz forces were forced at the time to claim responsibility for the killing of
Rafeeq Cree Kamalovi, for fear of the outcome of any decision resulting in corrupting the
relationship with Uzbekistan! Perhaps the politicians at the time who do not see beyond their
noses were interested only in their own interests! So their inability and prostration were
surfaced!
But for how long!? ... When will all this stop? ... When will Muslim leaders the likes of
Imam Rushdie Cree be looked after and protected? When will they cease the arrest and
imprisonment of Muslims? When would the East and the West be barred from interfering in the
country. Do not they understand that this is a betrayal of Allah, His Messenger and the
believers?!
Kyrgyzstan became an arena for conflict between Muslims; especially those who are
working to apply the principle of Islam through the establishment of the Khilafah, and between
the advocates of nationalism adopted by the Uzbek security forces; and the advocates of
democracy that destroyed the peoples, led by the West, the enemies of humanity.
We would like to emphasize here that the nationalism and democracies are ideas that
have fallen and tumbled to the rock bottom. Their advocates have declared their intellectual
bankruptcy and defeat and are only left with the machine of murder and torture to control the
people. And that Islam is the only force capable of leading the people, spreading justice
throughout the world and crushing the oppression and oppressors...
We are in Hizb ut Tahrir turn our calls to the wise, the sincere and the people of power in
Kyrgyzstan to work with us in order to establish the Khilafah; the source of pride and strength.
The Khilafah that will change the course of injustice experienced by mankind under the yoke
of contemporary man-made systems of capitalism; the Khilafah under which the Muslim
countries will unite and the justice of Islam will prevail within its boundaries and the Earth
produces its riches. But approval from Allah is greater; it is that which is the great attainment.
