XFINITY Celebrates Black History Month

FINITY is celebrating Black History Month with our recently
launched Black Entertainment microsite, xfinity.com/
celebrateblacktv - a new premier Internet destination site that
brings together a wealth of black entertainment content available from
a variety of sources in one, easy to navigate location. In addition, this
month, XFINITY customers can enjoy special programming celebrating
Black History Month across XFINITY platforms -- TV, On Demand,
online and on mobile devices -- recognizing the many contributions of
the African-American culture and community to the US and the world.
XFINITY’s Black History Month programming includes films
documentaries, biographies, sports and specials featuring African
American entertainers, artists and historical leaders that have
contributed to the news, music and history of this country and the

lthough Smartphones and tablets bring added convenience, they are susceptible to security vulnerabilities. XFINITY now provides a solution to
mobile device security with our recent Constant Guard Mobile app launch. Now, all XFINITY Internet customers who own Apple devices are able to
download the new Constant Guard™ Mobile application for free from the App store. Below is a list of features Constant Guard Mobile offers.
1. Add accounts – Constant Guard Mobile has the ability to load unlimited
bank accounts, email, shopping and social networking accounts for quick and
safe access.
2. Manage credit cards, banking and shopping – Constant Guard Mobile
securely stores credit card details and auto-fills credit card forms for easy and
convenient shopping experience.
3. Synchronize between PC and mobile device – Customer can manage
Constant Guard on multiple devices by linking accounts.
4. Constant Guard safe search – Constant Guard provides safety ratings for
search results informing users of dangerous or malicious websites.
5. Dynamic app content – The Constant Guard Mobile app will provide
articles on safe shopping and safe search to keep customers informed on internet
and mobile device safety.

Cable Day at
Missouri Capitol
O
n January 28, it was Cable Day at the Capitol in Jefferson City, MO and Comcast
taped segments of the Outlook Missouri show that featured interviews with state
legislators. News anchor Jill Jensen hosted the program that will be available On Demand
in the coming weeks. Also filed on Cable Day were 188 Public Service Announcements
with five statewide officials, 28 senators and 145 state representatives.
