A Successful and Exhausting
First Full Week
We had a very busy first full week of school. Check out
our class’s Twitter feed for photos of the kids working
hard in math, science, team building,
money cutting, and more. They did a
wonderful job completing homework
assignments and preparing for and
composing writing assessments. We
began switching for science and social
studies, so the kids got to meet Mrs.
Daigle. She will be their social studies
teacher for the year. They are working
very hard and persevering as they get used to the
routines and expectations of sixth grade. I am very
proud of them and feel lucky to have them in my class.
Missing Assignment Slips
Students who do not complete homework assignments
are required to fill out Missing Assignment Slips. If a
student does not complete an
assignment because they forget,
