The reset procedure has changed:
RESET PROCEDURE: Press and hold the DOWN button on the Switch (P7) until the desk reaches
Its lowest height. Release the DOWN button. Press and hold the DOWN button again until the LED
Display reads “RST” or about 10 seconds on non-LED handset models. Release the DOWN
Button. Press and hold the DOWN button again until the desk lowers a little bit more, slightly rises
And stops. Release the DOWN button. Your desk is now ready to use.
TROUBLE-SHOOTING
Assuming the desk is plugged into a working outlet and all connections (such as power cord) are securely in place. If the
handset is dark - replace the handset.
If the replaced handset is still dark - replace the control box.
If the handset say "R5T" (reset), Er1 – Er12:
Most of the time, after performing a reset procedure, the desk will resume normal operation or the display changes to/
remains on an ER message (error message). If the handset still says "R5T" you can replace the control box to see if that
fixes the issue.
If you have an ER message, check if any of the cables are loose, do a reset procedure to see if the error message is cleared.
If any ER message remains.
1) Make note of the error message - Er1 –Er12.
2) Switch the cables at the control box (only), do a reset, see if the error message changes.
3) If the error message does not change, replace the control box.
3) If the error message changes then it is most likely either the cable or lifting column coming from a particular port on
the control box (see attached).
4) Now if you switch the cables completely (move the left cable to the right side, move the right cable to the left side), do
a reset, does the error message change?
5) If yes, the cable is bad - replace the cable (see attached to determine port locations on the control box).
6) if not, the lifting column motor or hall sensor circuit board is bad - replace the lifting column (see attached to determine
the port locations on the control box)

1、 6 lift columns synchro working by 2 control boxes, the main control box is "A", and the other one is "B"
2、M1M2M3 controlled by Single control box or "A" control box, M4M5M6 controlled by control box "B"
3、 Overcurrent protection trigger condition：（1）over loaded when columns lifting up （2）colums still running
when reach highest/lowest position （3）mechanical fault ,electric fault
4、 Hall Error trigger condition：（1）+5V/GND/H1/H2/ wire fault （2）motor core fault , no signal or few signal
output
5、Communication interrupt between A and B trigger condition:（1）controller B or controller A_SCI2 fault（2）
connection between controller A and B fault
6、Over heat trigger condition Too high temperature for Heating elements
7、Duty cycle trigger condition continuously working more than 4 minutes, need rest 16 minutes
