The Bryant Elementary Epic Show
Dear Parents and Students!
Bryant Elementary is getting ready for the EPIC Show (talent show)! We will have 2 performances (9:45 AM and 2:15
PM) on Friday, May 12. We are inviting every student who wants to participate to audition. Students that want to
perform in the talent show need to do 3 things:
1. Return the bottom half of this form during auditions Monday, May 1st to Mr. Nguyen.
2. Have a unique talent prepared to perform (props, music, costumes, etc.).
3. Be present for audition (Monday, May 1st during regular specials time) and for the performance on May 12.
Please bring all your materials for the audition AND performance if you are selected!
Not everyone who auditions will be accepted into the show. Students that do not have passing grades or have
repeated poor behavior will not be allowed to audition. Additionally, only the most interesting and well-prepared
performers will make it into the show. NO lip-syncing or singing along with songs will be allowed. Accompaniment
(Karaoke style) tracks only. All costumes must meet school dress code.
The name of those who make the talent show will be posted on the front office windows in the lobby on Thursday,
May 4. That same day, acceptance letters with additional information will be sent home. This is a great learning
experience for any student, and more so for those interested in performing in any capacity at the middle or high school
level! We can’t wait to see all of the talent here at Bryant!

understand that signing this form DOES NOT mean I am in the Talent Show. If I am sick or otherwise unable to attend, I
promise to notify Mr. Nguyen or Ms. Gravitt as soon as possible. I am aware that if I miss my audition, I will not be
allowed to participate in the show. I am aware that if I am not passing my classes or have poor behavior I cannot
participate in the Talent Show. I promise to have a good attitude and be ready to work hard!
